I have needed tree trimming/removal for years at my home, but have never been able to justify the cost. Tree care is extremely expensive. I decided to get more quotes this year and used Thumbtack's website to do so since I've had good luck with professionals on there for other projects in the past. I reached out to Dan for a quote on May 3rd. He messaged me back quickly and said he was able to get here today. He got here when he said he would and gave me a quote for the trees in my front yard--it was such a great value compared to all the quotes I've gotten from similar companies in the past that I had him look at my backyard as well. All in all, his quote was about a third of the price of the most expensive quote I have gotten from a highly recommended company--for double the trees (so we would get 4 trees done at a THIRD of the cost of what the other company wanted for 2). That value is insanely good. He hadn't even left my driveway by the time I called him to set up an appointment.

Dan had to delay work for one day, which could have been a minor inconvenience if my husband and I didn't work from home (so we could be here at time of service). Thankfully we do, so it wasn't a big deal. They were done by the end of the day. That included three large tree trims, one large tree removal, and the grinding/removal of all mess. They even picked wood chips out of my front gardens and removed a large branch from my backyard that was already there. They offered to grind the stump (in the attached photo) for extra, which I agreed to since it was still cost-effective. I waited until everything was done to review, so here I am (the stump has been ground down and the bill matched the quote).

Dan was amazingly cost-effective, punctual, and professional. He was also honest, giving me his professional opinion on the health of my trees where other professionals claimed they were "already dead" and needed removing (which is clearly not true given they're still blooming and growing). I have already recommended him to fellow real estate professionals (I work in real estate, so I know a few people who would love to have the phone number of an honest and cost-effective tree professional!). If you need someone to look at your trees and give you an honest informed opinion, I highly recommend Dan at Native Tree Care. I got so many quotes from recommended local professionals before Dan and was outraged at all their prices. Dan's was the best quote and he even cleaned up after himself--something most other tree services don't do for free. I can't recommend Dan enough.

This company is awesome ! The employees are so nice and professional . I have used them twice for maintenance on my trees . I used them today and they are always the same .. great listening skills in identifying customer needs, reasonable prices, but more than anything do a fantastic job . I recommend Native tree company to anyone and everyone . They have a life time customer with me . Great job !!

The Native Tree Care removed two maple trees damaged by a recent storm. The crew were extremely professional, skilled, talented, and very friendly. Surgically removed the two big trees without any damage to the neighboring fences or properties. Awesome job.

Fantastic work!! Highly recommend this team. They cut down a huge sycamore, hauled everything away, and ground 7 big stumps for us. Finished their work in a little over half a day with little to no trace of them being here! (Other than the missing tree and stumps) MUCH MORE than fair prices and even better work. We will use them every time

Dan and his crew did a fantastic job. I do not know how they managed to remove a dead tree wedge between some live trees, but they did!!!! I highly recommend Native Tree Care!!!!!!! Thank you so much Dan!!!!!

Dan was on time for the appointment to quote the removal of a large pine tree. It had dropped a few branches in the last storm, and we were concerned about future damage. Dan discussed every aspect of the removal process. His crew arrived on time, equipped with everything they needed to complete the job. The crew members were extremely polite, and worked nonstop until the tree was removed, and the yard cleared. The cleanup was very satisfactory. I will recommend this company to all my neighbors, family, and friends! Thanks for a great experience.

Native Tree Care did a fantastic job cutting down 2 trees for me. They took both trees down that were very close to 2 houses with precise cutting. Afterwards they removed the stumps and cleaned everything up. They gave me a great quote and I will call them back again, Thanks again!

Very professional daniel and his crew came and remove a huge tree on my back yard, very nice clean up, very respectful and most important price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I will definitely recommend this tree service company for sure thank you guys .

Saw signs for these guys all over town, had a couple of dead pines, a tree needed trimmed and some stump grinding. This whole team was amazing. They had all the work done in about an hour and a half. They cleaned everything up better than when they started. I would absolutely recommend these guys for your tree needs.

Can't recommend Dan and the crew enough. Took out a massive silver maple in the corner of our backyard. The whole crew are a machine! It was completed in one day. Will 100% be calling again in the future when needed. Already referred Native Tree Care to my family for any tree care needs.

Found through Thumbtack, Native Tree Care showed up on time to provide a quote. Dan, the owner, also showed evidence of insurance, something others, if they bothered to show up at all, did not do. Working as a three man crew the two tall pines came down quickly. The removal from the yard was hard work and by the time the cleanup was done it was dark. You won't find a more trusted and committed tree service company at such competitive prices than Native Tree Care. I hope I never have to have another tree removed but if I do I know who I am hiring.

Had 3 trees trimmed away from our house and neighbors shed and fences. I felt their bid/estimate was very fair. 3 people did the work. They worked hard and took no shortcuts. Dan, who quoted my estimate came to the site mid project to take a look which reassured me the job was being done as intended. They cleaned up the yard making it look even better than when they started. Native Tree Services earned a customer for life.

Native Tree Care was amazing and very nice. Cleared out trees and bushes for us in Glendale. When they encountered a bee hive in our yard - they were very patient with us and waited around until we got a beehive guy to come out and help the bees relocate. Thank you!

We just got a tree removed from Native Tree Care and I was impressed! Dan was professional and personable. He was able to get out to see the tree for a quote the same day. The price was fair and reasonable. He explained everything to me. After we accepted the offer there was a quick turn around! The team taking the tree down and grinding the stump were also professional, respectful, had great communication, and did an excellent job! They even cut up the roots under our sidewalk so we could fix the sidewalk. Dan then later stopped by after the job was all done to check everything went according to plan and that we were satisfied with the job. There was even a slight confusion about the mulch from the grinding of the stump and Dan respectfully explained the process until I understood. I highly recommend Native Tree Care!

This is the best tree service company we have ever used in this area. Steve gave a very fair estimate, and listened to what we wanted. He also made some good suggestions. On the day his team did exactly what we had requested. They were polite and professional, and cleaned up every last twig.
