We had two large trees taken down today- one next to a fence and the other our children’ playset. They were very professional, great clean-up, and care. Highly recommend them.

Today they removed 2 large walnut and a large mulberry that had all grown together. (Badly). Fences of 3 neighbors all joined at this tree corner.Shawn and his crew took probably worse case residential nightmare and dealt with it in short order. They operated very safely and effectively. They took extreme care not to damage any of the fences or yards. Clean up was amazing. (To all yards)

I could not be more pleased with Steve and his crew. It was an emergency tree removal and they were extremely responsive and quick to act! The tree is down, we and the house are safe, and they left the site better than they found it!

Steve was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful during a very stressful time for our family. A tree fell on our house and they were on site so quickly! Removal was quicker than expected as well. They had to use a crane to haul limbs over top of my house… very scary but the process was seamless. His crew was polite, efficient, and professional as well. It was a well-oiled machine and we couldn’t be more thankful. He even took the time to explain some insight on the insurance side of things even though we paid him out of pocket. Highly recommend!

Failed to cut tree at the ground level. Left 12 inches of tree above soil line. I even left them a tip in the payment. The staff said, "too bad, Bud"

Excellent service and very reasonable prices. A crew of four guys came and took down a dozen large limbs from old trees hanging over the neighbors house, over the road and touching my home and the powerlines. They did an amazing job and they did it quick. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

This was a fantastic company to work with. They had to reschedule a couple of times due to the weather and COVID, but did everything they could to stay on track. We also had a concern come up which they resolved promptly and professionally. Our trees look great and we will definitely be using them in the future!

We have a huge oak tree in our backyard, and a large limb fell because of a bad storm. I reached out to 3 companies, and this company was the only place to respond. Steve reached out immediately to see how he could help. He was already very busy tending to emergency situations, but still took the time to come by and give us an estimate. He came the very next day to remove the limb from our yard. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. Highly recommend.

Our team was amazing! They removed a tree that was split by winds from tornados passing through the area two weeks ago. They were so careful to avoid damaging my garden which the tree which was over 3 stories tall had fallen onto they managed to remove the tree with almost no additional damage to the planting bed than what had already occurred during the storm. We were very happy with the job! The guys were able to remove the massive tree and preserve the small redbud tree next to it with no damage. I would definitely recommend these guys if you have a tree fall in a touchy location.

Very professional, talented and caring team! I had two large trees fall on my back fence during a recent wind storm. Steve came out and estimated the work right away. He was able to respond the next day bringing along his talented crew members (climbing up trees around and over them) all the while being very respectful of my property. When they left, the back yard was cleaner than it was before the tree fell. They even blew the leaves off my yard that had collect way above the tree fall. I can't thank Steve and his talented team enough for their help today. Professional and caring help is so hard to find, and I have found it in the Cincinnati Arbor Services team!

I was so impressed by these guys. For context, I had been trying to get this giant, rotting, tree removed for over a year. I also needed some other large trees trimmed that had branches hanging over my house, and some stumps grinded out near my house so that I could plant a garden. Anyway, the first company I called gave me a quote, agreed upon a day for services, and never showed up. They messaged me like a week later asking to schedule, as if they didn't even remember that they were scheduled to begin with. The second company I scheduled for a quote never came out at all. When I reached out to Cincinnati Arbor Services, they were responsive. They came and did a free estimate and sent me a clear, understandable estimate (I'll attach below so you can see what I mean. They weren't pushy and didn't use that whole gimmick of "sign a contract now or it'll cost more" that a lot of services use. I emailed them to scheduled a date, they scheduled me, they showed up on the day, they were professional and communicated clearly and professionally. They were also just kind and down to earth. Anyway, they did the job perfectly; no notes! I could not be more happy with them and will absolutely use them for all future tree needs.
It is so rare to get excellent services as a fair price from contractors. I really couldn't be more pleased.

From start to finish, working with Cincinnati Arbor Services was so pleasant and professional. It is so nice when it is a smooth/professional process, as this is not the case with every business. I have never had a service like this before, so I was not certain what to expect. The two mulberry trees and cherry tree (All very heavy/cluttered, limbs hanging almost to the ground and overhanging into neighbors yards a bit at that point) were sculpted, trimmed and made much more aesthetically pleasing and the result nothing short of artistry. The trees were so beautiful afterwards - I never knew they could be shaped up like that. I highly recommend!

If anyone is in need of any trees removed I highly recommend Steven Bowes’ company, Cincinnati Arbour Services. Very professional and reliable and my yard looks like no one was even here. He was quick to call us back from our initial call and came out immediately. We were able to get our trees taken down, cut up and hauled away within a few days of contacting him. He arrived with his crew around 9:30 this morning, and was done by around lunchtime. They put plywood down so they wouldn’t tear up our yard, and completely cleaned everything up when they were done. We are completely satisfied and very impressed. Even my neighbor said to me, you would never know you had trees taken down today.

They cut down a 15 ft tree, ground the stump and covered with topsoil. They cleaned everything up and hauled everything away. It looked great after they left and the price was very competitive. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.
