Very professional, very understanding, and met expectations, I had a 50ft white pine that was split and needed removed, I made a phone call they came out same day and had it removed and cut the trunk as low to the ground as possible, did an excellent job knowing there was powerlines on either side of the tree. I will definitely be using them and their services again.

As a result of the storm activity last month, needed Cincinnati Arbor Services for two jobs. The crews did a great job each time, and were VERY conscientious about the cleanup afterward. Also very fair on pricing. Would definitely use again and recommend them.

The best Tree service company! We have had Cincinnati Arbor Services do several jobs for us. Steve and his expert tree crews are professionals getting our tree jobs done & our trees look better every year since we had service.

Steve and his crew had a difficult task to remove a huge tree in our front yard that was leaning toward the house. They arrived early in the morning, set up their equipment without disturbing any of the neighbors or cars passing by the front of the house. They safely cut the tree at its base and lifted the tree up and over everything with a crane. They did an outstanding job cleaning everything up. Other than the tree missing, we couldn’t even tell they were there. I highly recommend Cincinnati Arbor Services. I will definitely use their services again in the future. Great value, great service, professional staff, and peace of mind.

I got three estimates to have a river birch removed. Two of the services were promising and I chose to go with Cincinnati Arbor Services. They did an excellent job. The man who climbed the tree trunks and did the cutting was a real artist. The other men who removed everything worked very hard. Unfortunately their stump grinder equipment failed, but they went and rented one to finish the job that day. The pricing was fair and I paid cash to receive a discount. I would recommend the company without hesitation.

We have used Cincinnati Arbor Services for multiple large scale projects. Their service is unsurpassed in our experience with other tree removal companies. They communicate well, show up when scheduled, are pleasant, courteous, and highly efficient. As others have noted, their "climber" is an artist at his craft. A delight to watch in action. We were very pleased with the result. They ground one stump and chased the roots, replaced with topsoil and grass seed, and covered with straw. They also moved some larger pieces of wood that a previous company ghosted us on. We would hire again.

It took them awhile to get me a quote, once they finally did, I found many other places that best their price. They scheduled a tree removal without even consulting with me. I couldn’t get ahold of them, left several voicemails saying I wasn’t ready to schedule it and they never called back. Once I finally got ahold of them, I cancelled it because of the lack of communication. The receptionist said she emailed me but I never got an email. A day before the cancelled schedule, Steven called me saying they have to reschedule because of rain. Apparently they didn’t communicate to him that I cancelled it a week prior. This place has absolutely horrible communication skills and they almost cost me over $1800 in work because of their lack of communicating.

Had Cincinnati Arbor Service out today to trim a very large oak tree that was overhanging the house, hot tub, etc. These guys are top notch!!!! Very professional and left my yard cleaner than they found it. Highly recommended!!!!

Power washing of house was excellent, however notification should have been given to cover up plants in the ground. Solution killed my beautiful elephant ears & roses in front & back of house. ☹️
