First time I have used Falls Tree and I was impressed by their commitment to doing their job right and cleaning up all branches and waste. The workers were friendly but kept to their work. I would definitely use them any time

I have used Falls Tree service twice and have been very pleased with the results. All their staff, from the person who answers the phone to the crew in the field are friendly, professional, skilled, timely and thorough. They left my yard cleaner than when they came.

Picking a tree service company can be difficult, but look no further than Mr. Falls Tree Experts. Our experience was excellent! We had a very large dead tree removed flawlessly and extreme care was taken with brush removal around 2 beautiful pines. From the very pleasant sales & work crews, to the outstanding office personnel, only guarantees we will call on Mr. Falls Tree Experts again!

I hired Mr. Falls Tree Experts to take down 3 pine trees and trim 2 very large maple trees. They came out promptly to give me an estimate. A few days later their crew came out to do the work. They were here first thing in the morning and worked all day. When they left, only the very large logs and branches were left which they picked up the next day! They did an excellent job cleaning up the debris from the yard. They left nothing! When I need more work done I will certainly call them again! They were very professional, pleasant, and meticulous! I highly recommend them!

They took down two large trees right behind house that each tree had three separate sections starting at the base. They did an amazing job! They had to use a crane to remove the one tree. I was thoroughly impressed with tge entire job. Eric was very diligent in not causing any damage. You will not go wrong with using Mr. Falls!!

Mr. Falls responded to my call. The other tree services I have used in the past did not. One set an appointment but did not arrive. Mr. Falls arrived on time for the estimate. The crew came and knew what they were doing. They cleaned up well. If we need tree service in the future Mr. Falls will be the enterprise we call.

Our overall experience with Mr. Falls has been generally positive. We had a large Ash tree near our home that had been slowly decimated by an infestation of Emerald Ash Borer beetles and it needed to come down.

The work was done efficiently and without damage to our home. Everyone that came out to our home was very pleasant, skilled and knowledgeable.

The arborist was the first person to come to our house to make an assessment and he came when the office said he would but communication from that point was frustrating. That was August. I couldn’t get a straight answer when they were coming out to actually take the tree down. They had been dealing with storm damage in the area and were busy—very understandable but we never heard from anyone to pin down a date.

I was working from home in mid-October when a Mr. Falls truck came and a trailer with a large piece of equipment pulled up in front of our house. I had no idea they were coming! They took down the tree and removed all of the debris.

I next had to wait another month for them to remove the stump. Again—no call to tell me when they were coming. I came home from work in mid-November and the stump grinder was finishing up in the backyard. I was so surprised!

So besides very poor communication (emails also went unanswered), the billing situation was bizarre. We received two or three invoices well before the work was done. The first time I called, I was asked if I would just pay the portion that was done (felling of the tree). I said ‘no’ because we had a contract and I wouldn’t pay until all the work in that contract had been completed. A second invoice was sent while we were on vacation for two weeks. Payment was due within 14 days before a $50 late fee was tacked on—again, the work was still not completed. The stump was still present with no idea when they’d come out to remove it.

Everything eventually worked out. Everyone was pleasant and we feel we paid a very reasonable amount for the work that was done. It simply felt exhausting to try to get simple answers (like when were they coming) and to just get the work completed.

Well let me tell you, I saw this company at work in a neighbor’s yard. I got the number off the truck no gave them a call. Made an appointment to have some work estimated. The appointment went as planned (In winter at that). I received the quote on the spot after that 10 minute walk around. Due to weather conditions, the work to be done had to be pushed back several times. Hey, you have to keep the workers safe and not damage the owner’s property as well. When the time came to do the work, they called me, sent an email and a text to let me know what time they would be at my property. In a few hours, I had some very high tree limbs, that had the potential of causing damage to my home, disappear from my property. The limbs had to be about 30 feet up between two houses and hanging over the house. When they completed the job, I received a message that the job was complete. I then received an email with an invoice. Payment was done over the phone with the company office. Throughout this entire process, I met one person face to face (the gentleman who did the initial inspection for the quote). This company is professional, courteous, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and affordable. When I did my walk through of the finished work, besides limbs being missing, no one would be able to tell they drive machines into my yard or that limbs fell all over the yard. Quick answer. Overall experience was good. I need a tree trimmed. I got my tree trimmed. There was no damage to anything on my property and the guys were there maybe 2.5 hrs. They cleaned up their mess, and were on their way. Pricing was reasonable for the job I needed and ieven receiveda discount for a special they were running. The people in the office are very nice. The reason I only gave 4 starts because the communication is little lacking. They call/text you 24hrs before they come out. Not a problem everyone does things their own way. 1st time, no call no show. Ok there was bad weather that rolled in. I waited a few days still nothing so I called. She said she'd get me back on the schedule, ok cool. 24hrs notice 2nd time no call, no show. I went ahead and called that day. No I was not mean or rude (there's no reason for it. things do happen i just dont like being left hanging) she was extremely nice and very apologetic. She said she'd get me back on the schedule and I would be marked as a priority. 24hrs notice, 3rd time they came and everything was good to go.

All though we have never used their services, I can speak to the Owner of this company. He’s a good honest man. Very efficient with his time and seems to be about as honest of a man as they come. A company is only as good as the person who leads and works for it. I would trust this company as the owner would never let subpar work be done. Good people here. Would recommend.

We had them remove a 75' pine tree that came down during a recent windstorm. They arrived on time and the four young men went right to work. They worked together as a team and had everything cleaned up in about 1 1/2 hrs. They stacked everything up near the street and were gone. A short time later a chipper-truck came and took everything. Everyone that we had contact with from the company was great to deal with.
We would highly recommend Mr. Falls Tree Experts to anyone needing their services.

I had three oak trees that needed major trimming and branch removal. The service was completed in the winter, which is when oaks should be pruned. The crew arrived promptly and worked steadily through the afternoon. The trees look fabulous now!
The crew did a wonderful job trimming and the cleanup of debris was complete, even though there was snow on the ground.

Poor service a year ago from Falls Tree. Drove their machine through clearly planted new grass and through a new evergreen tree planted the fall before breaking branches and crushing the root ball. That tree is now dying. To top it off we paid their invoice timely and yet they tried to collect from my wife again almost a year later.

Mr Falls Tree Experts. I can personally attest to their responsiveness, work and reliability. I had an emergency tree situation while sitting in the airport recently, called them, signed an agreement for work via email, and by the time my flight landed four hours later, it was resolved.

I never had used the company prior, but they were the only ones to pick up the phone on a Tuesday at 9AM (I called 4 other large companies nearby prior). They were respectful, and responsive even sending pictures.

I put a lot of blind trust in them, and over the phone they had given me a rough estimate on price but told me it could be a few grand more, or less. They could have charged anything. The trust in them paid off, they did not rip me off. Just simply got the job done for a fair price. It is clear the company understands that honest and fair pricing will bring repeat business.

It’s hard to find something like that nowadays. Happy with my choice, and have already recommended them to others in the community.

We had a large branch come down on our lines leading to the house from the recent storm. Mr. Falls Tree Company helped us when no other company would even return my calls. Michelle took my information and I was able to send her photos which she followed up with her boss and got me a quote that was very reasonable. They sent James out to us by the end of the day and he had the branch down in no time at all. I appreciated their ability to communicate and actually solved or dilemma that day! We will be using the Mr. Falls Company in the future for any needs we have. Thanks to you and your professional staff.

We contracted to take down a large dying English Oak in our front yard near power lines as well as to trim/prune several other trees on our property. The estimate was competitive with other estimates we got. The only hiccup was that after I paid the $100 deposit, I had to repeatedly call to ask when they were coming out to do the work. I was starting to wonder if I would regret contracting this company; however, when the crew (Rob, Michael, and Clay) finally came out, they did a fantastic job. The guys were pleasant and considerate. We had zero property damage. The crew made the trees look great, safely took down the dying tree, and they cleaned up so well, there was no need for me to rake or pick up anything. So we ended up very happy with the work done. And all of the stumps and debris were hauled away on the same day as the work. Thank you for doing a professional job for us.

I have never written a negative public review for anything but I am so disappointed at their service. We hired them to trim a huge Elm tree in our backyard (along with other jobs). They performed the job and left our yard clean. In a couple of months our landscaper told us that the Elm tree has died!! I obtained a second opinion today from an arborist who informed me that Elm trees should NOT be trimmed in Spring. That they are especially susceptible to infection and can die. I am so shocked. Not only I have to pay another company to now take down the dead tree, but I paid FallsTree to trim a beautiful old tree not kill it. What’s the use of being arborist and ISO certified??! Do not recommend.

Excellent work, great staff, very knowledgeable and professional. The owner, Eric, gave me great analysis and advice after reviewing concerns for multiple trees on my property. Great guy. For a storm damaged 11,000 lb tree leaning towards my house, they gave me a quote at 1pm and had it down by 6pm! Amazing work and the price was much better than my other quote. Their crane is massive and made easy work of the job. For work like this you need a lot of trust in your contractor, and I can't recommend these guys enough.
