This was my first time using Copperline based on a referral from my neighbors! I can’t say enough good things about them. The process from getting a quote to the actual installation has to be one of the best processes I have ever been involved with! So so good. The actual day of the installation (furnace and A/C) was done in one day. Jesse, Karl,Nick & Jack were great to work with.on time, very neat. Tarps were laid and everything was cleaned up at the end. My wife was ecstatic 🤗. Definitely would recommend them to anyone doing a furnace and or A/C replacement! Thanks again for a great job done!

On one of the coldest January days we woke up to a broken furnace. I contacted Copperline at 10:15 am by filling out the online request form. Exactly 5 mins later they called and said they would be there shortly. Karl the technician was very nice and professional. Evaluated the situation and determined what part needed to be repaired. Had to run out to get that part and had the furnace working within 3 hrs of the initial contact. Amazing response time! Very impressed and would highly recommend.

The crew at Copperline, including Jesse, Karl, Nick and Bryan did an awesome job for my father yesterday. They installed a new Trane HVAC system and a water tank in no time. They were all so friendly and professional, and left his house exactly as they found it. I can’t recommend Brian and his staff at Copperline enough.

Jesse, Karl, Nick and Jack came out to replace our furnace and AC. They were efficient and friendly and did great work. They helped clean up a bunch of issues with the ducts in our old house as well as the system replacement. Brian and Kelly were also a pleasure to work with and you can feel the everyone there wants to help you accomplish what works for you. Can’t thank the team enough for the help and will definitely be having them help if we need anything in the future!

We had an entirely new HVAC system installed by Copperline and had a great experience from start to finish! When we were without heat, Brian came out immediately and spent a significant amount of time fixing the issue. The level of responsiveness meant a lot.

Just had my heat pump/furnace installed and the folks at Copperline are fantastic. I've used them for many years for my spring/fall service and they were great. My HVAC system was going on 30 years so I knew a replacement was needed. I asked Brian, the owner, lots of questions and he responded to each and every one with details with pros and cons. Nick, Karl, Jesse and Jack installed today on time. They did a great job being careful in the house and explaining what they were doing along the way. Fantastic work and it went exactly as planned.
