Yesterday had my furnace and air conditioner installed by Jesse, Karl, Nick and Jack. They were all very professional and efficient with the instillation. Arrived on time, did the instillation and cleaned up. From the initial estimate from Brian to the instillation I give a 5 star review.

I recently had Copperline install a new hot water tank, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. After reaching out on a Friday, they had everything installed and running smoothly by the following Wednesday — talk about prompt service!

Jesse and Bryan, the installers, arrived exactly when they said they would (which already puts them a step ahead of most service companies). They were courteous, respectful, and professional — even wearing those little slip-on booties over their shoes and protecting the floors along their work path. It’s the little things that show they care.

The job was completed effectively and efficiently, with all the necessary tools and materials already on their vehicle — no delays, no drama. The final price? Exactly what they quoted. No surprises, just great service.

And best of all? We’re no longer living like pioneers — we have hot water again!

I started having issues with my 35-year-old furnace at 1:00 in the afternoon. Copperline was able to get a service person out within the next hour to address the problem. It was realized that I needed a new furnace and AC system. Copperline was able to install it within 2 days Karl, Jesse, Nick and Bryan arrived on time, worked hard, and got the installation completed quickly. I thought the cost was extremely reasonable and the efficiency of everyone was top of the charts. Thank you all!!

The folks at Copperline are friendly and professional. Scheduling service is easy with Kelly. Recently, we had a leak in our hot water tank. Jesse, Nick, and Jack came out and got it replaced quickly. They got right to work and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all of our questions and left us feeling confident in our new tank. For anything HVAC, Copperline is my first call.

Jesse, Karl, and Bryan did an excellent job installing our new A/C, and Furnace. They were very professional and meticulous. They even avoided stepping on new grass that was directly in the path of the outside unit. Can't say enough good things about Copperline. Everything was thoroughly explained and it helped us to make an informed decision without pressure. The lead time to get the work done was short. They also trained us on the thermostat and got our phones synched up with it. Thanks again to the entire team!

Great company & installation. Jesse & Nick did a fantastic job removing my very old furnace & replaced it with a New Trane. They put tarps down to catch all debris. The place was spotless when they left. True professionals . Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Copperline is a great company! We signed up for their annual spring and fall HVAC clean and check. Office staff is friendly and professional, technicians always show up on time and send a text when they're on their way. We have had them for at least a couple of years now, maybe three, and have never yet had a tech that was not friendly and informative and our systems stay clean as a whistle. Highly recommend!!

I seldom, if ever, leave reviews good or bad. I’m making this one because my experience with Copperline involves maintaining an old system for some years and recently a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Most recently they installed a new hot water tank. In this case it was Nicolas and Brian. Quick, quality workmanship meanwhile working around a German shepherd and two Rottweilers. 6 stars

I am on their regular service plan which I find to be reasonably priced and is a 2X a year visit (hot and cold months). Just had an issue creep up today that needed to be remedied quickly. They are super responsive and have quality employees doing the work without gouging the customer!

Copperline saved us when our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days this summer. Kelly was so kind, helpful, and accommodating in getting us scheduled for a same-day appointment, which was a stark contrast to my experience attempting to schedule with another local company (they were extremely rude). Our tech arrived ahead of schedule (!!!) and quickly solved our issue. I also felt their pricing was reasonable/fair, especially considering it was an emergency appointment. Great experience start to finish, and I highly recommend.

My furnace died in the middle of the night in the dead of winter. I called Copperline, LLC before opening hours at 7. They called me back within minutes and within two hours Nick was out here fixing the furnace motor. Could not be more impressed. They've gained a customer for life!

This morning we woke up to a very cold house and subzero temperatures outside. We contacted Brian the owner right before 8am and Karl was here within 20 minutes to see what was going on. After some testing, it was clear that our 22 year old furnace was done and we needed a new one. Karl gave us our options, we picked the one for us, signed and a short while later the install began. Nick arrived and got things started, then Jesse and Bryan. They covered the floors and got right to demoing the old unit. Before long the old one was out and the new one was in, new thermostat was also installed and Karl gave us instructions on both the thermostat and new furnace. They cleaned everything up, were very respectable, gave our puppy love and demonstrated great teamwork to get the job done in hours. Our house is warm and we are incredibly happy and thankful for the incredible speedy service.
