Dennis came out and installed our pool heater as well as a ruptured gas line when they were installing the pool in our backyard. They were thorough and fast and easy to deal with.

Avon Lake Plumbing did a great job on a Saturday with a stubborn clogged kitchen sink drain. Very professional - I appreciated their responsiveness on a late Saturday afternoon!

They came over to fix the shower and left it in a bigger mess than it was. There was no water pressure because the shower handles had to be twisted 3 times to even start the water. They were actually coming out of the walls. The guy never even checked if the shower worked, he definitely should have because we are still out of a shower. We called again for them to come fix the shower (again) and they gave some excuse on not having the right tools to fix it the first time so thats why he didn't. So he left to get the correct parts but never returned. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for someone who never even came back. They just told us that the are going to charge us more for something they messed up. So in conclusion they took our money and left us with a bigger mess!

Kristin was very professional and prompt. Paul stopped by and quoted me a price , half of what his neighbor quoted. I went ahead with the repair . He was a total pro, Would highly Recommend !

Had a water line put in for my fridge. Paul was fast and professional. You will pay for good quality but it was well worth it, for 2 hrs from when I called to when I gave him my card.

Excellent experience. Highly recommend. They removed our old hot water tank, cleaned up, and installed a brand new one same day! Mr. Paul was courteous and professional.

Made an appointment for Saturday to show up between 10am and noon to get a quote on gas line work. Did not show up or call. Office person called Monday morning and left a message informing me he didn’t show up two days after the appointment...I know because I waited two hours. I’ve moved on. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

I had a clogged sink drain in my bathroom. I called these guys up and Dennis was out at the house an hour later. Within a half hour, everything was fixed. Quick & efficient, professional, and everything is working. Recommend!

We called them with an emergency plumbing issue at night as they claimed to have “24/7 services”. We were told a tech would contact us in less than a half hour. I had to call back 45 minutes later and was told “someone can be out tomorrow afternoon”. Not exactly emergency response. The next day they called and told me the earliest someone could come out was not that day but instead in a week. They also offered no explanation for the delay or why they didn’t have people available. I cancelled all service requests with them.

I had a clogged kitchen sink. I was getting a 2nd opinion, after being told the pipes under the house needed replaced! They came out and problem solved. Tried a few options, and were successfully able to fix it! It was a very pleasant experience. I’m so happy they were referred to me. I highly recommend Avon Lake Plumbing!! Can’t say enough good things about my experience!!

Dennis with Avon Lake Plumbing came out to check out a leak from my kitchen ceiling. He was able to determine the problem and fix it. He also noticed the facet in my bathroom (above the kitchen) was leaking and offered to fix that as well. He is friendly, great customer service, and knowledgeable with the plumbing problem. I highly recommend him if you need a plumber.

SUPERIOR Service. I called a couple of in-town plumbers for convenience and supporting the local economy. Well both were a HUGE FAIL. I reached out to Avon Lake Plumbing and Paul did an INCREDIBLE job diagnosing the problem and resolving our issue. Learn from my mistakes, only call ALP whenever you need a plumber. Hands down the BEST!!!!!!!!

I’ve had several jobs performed by Avon Lake Plumbing (storm drain clean out, new tap installed, and a batter backup and sump pump replacement). Each time they have been professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend

Called them over a week ago and said someone would be out the next day. I assumed they would be over to fix our problem but they arrived over an hour late and then said they would come back
the following day to fix it. They never showed up. No call or anything. They called the following day and said they would be there later that day. Again nobody showed up and we never received a call. very unprofessional. On top of it all when we got a different plumber he fixed the job in 5 minutes and said the repairs they said we needed were unnecessary.
