Have to say I’m really impressed with the Service I received. I even had a couple of extra jobs added and all three jobs were done really quick. Highly recommend if you need work done to contact them. And I feel the price was reasonable. I actually thought I’d have to pay more than I was charged. Professional service and I’m going to keep their contact information in the event I need further work done in the future. Very polite serviceman. Totally satisfied.

Just wanted to say how pleased I was today with the two plumbers that unclogged my basement floor drains. Both guys were very polite and knowledgeable to the situation I was experiencing. I never used Butts Plumbing before but will again when needed. I also recommend them to my family and friends going forward. Again these guys did a outstanding job and even cleaned up after they resolved the problem. So if you are looking for a reliable, honest company please give them a try......... Jim Pollack, Elyria

Colin came to our house today to replace a shower faucet. He was knowledgeable, friendly and cool! We shared a love for our beloved pitbulls!
They also don't charge and arm and a leg either! Next time we need a plumber we will be calling Butts again.

We would highly recommend Butt’s plumbing for any plumbing needs. Their receptionist on the phone was kind and helpful and we were able to have someone come out that same day! Sam, the plumber who came out, was exceptionally professional, courteous, and efficient. He was able to fix our claw foot tub drain issue quickly. Great, affordable service.

I am not one to write reviews much, but i had to for this and tell about my great experience. I had a leak in the housing of my shower faucet which made the shower not usable. I decided to call Butts Plumbing and it was the best decision I did. Not only were they prompt and had excellent communication, but Collin, my plumber was extremely professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and through. I, also, could not believe on how little I actually was billed for. I, 100%, recommend these guys and will not hesitate to call in the future.

I had two plumbing crews come to my house - Collin who did the sump pump replacement and Tim who televised my drain lines. Both gentlemen were EXCELLENT. Collin was very professional, clean, knowledgeable, and did a very quality repair of my sump pump. Tim was equally as good as Collin, he found my identified the issue I was having with my drain lines very quickly, even though his job was like searching for a needle in a haystack. I couldn't recommend these guys more.

I called on a Monday and they were able to get me in the next day if I wanted. The service technician Collin was great. He fixed all our issues quickly and efficiently and even took the time to show me some tricks and offer some advice. Would definitely go back if I had any further issues or decided to replace my toilet!

Have previously used other plumbers and had some mixed results. This was the first time using Butts and it was fantastic. We had a minor leak but they arrived exactly on time. Our plumber was Collin and he was polite and professional. Once he figured out the exact problem, he gave me options on how he could fix it. He worked quickly to solve the issue. He even helped explain everything to me when he was done. Collin was great and I will continue use Butts in the future.

Prompt, neat, professional, efficient service by Butts Plumbing. Fixed the issue and took care of ordering the parts, all at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for much more from a plumbing company. Highly recommend!

Excellent response time from the company, they sent tech Collin out same day as my initial call and we had the work scheduled quickly. Collin was professional, personable, and enjoyable to work with. Butt's quote was also half of another local company, and they even went above and beyond to help install parts of my sink that were not on the original request. They will be our go-to plumbing service going forward.

Called and requested a waterline to be installed for an icemaker in our fridge. An older guy came and measured. He never called and never came back. I would give zero stars if I could.

They never showed up for my appointment. I called and nobody answered the phone on a Saturday. After two hours the man calls "something came up" can I call the office and reschedule. I wait on Monday for the office to call me thinking that they would. I called at 11 am and the lady did know they did not show as they don't cover the office dispatch like they do M-F. I said I found it strange I did not receive a call. She said she did not know. They did not tell her.

Website says 24/7. Called three times over 90 minutes for emergency service starting at around 10 pm for sewer backup. Call service indicated a tech would be in touch but no one called back. Please don’t indicate 24/7 availability when not true.
