4 phone calls and 2 texts and no response. They cleaned my hood and left a mess. Left my exhaust fan not working. Exhaust was working before they cleaned the hood. Poor customer service. I had to pay someone else to fix my fan before we opened.

A1 does great work. They communicate well, before, during and after each cleaning. They have been responsive to our concerns. They come organized and ready to work. They clean-up after the job.

If you want a company that is timely, thorough, and willing to explain everything they are going to do upfront this is definitely the company to hire. They definitely deserve their name as far as I’m concerned. Many thanks from VFW post 1662

I've used many carpet cleaning companies and there's no need to look further. Ellis is the best. I've always been very satisfied with the job they do. They really take their time too which I appreciate. Some companies are in and out in no time and I wonder what I just paid for.

Easily the best customer service I have ever received. Andy was extremely helpful and informative. He came over to give us a quote and warned us that there may be mold issues. He went out of his way to gather more information on how we can handle our mold issue and got back to me same day. While we have not yet had our ducts cleaned because of our mold issue, I can tell that they genuinely care about their customers and will be contacting them as soon as we're ready. Highly recommend.
