The technicians are amazing! So courteous, highly skilled and go the extra step.
They did an outstanding job installing the ac unit and upgrade electrical panel/outlets.

Tristan and Thomas ( I believe ) were very good with the install and cleaning. They also answered any questions we had. They were early for the appointment and finished early. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Finding that Stack did plumbing work was a source of great relief for me when I realized I needed to replace my hot water heater. To be able to utilize a company known for their high level of competency, fair & honest pricing and expedient service levels relieved me of all my anxiety. Matt and Jerry replaced my hot water tank in what seemed like record time. They were obviously highly experienced and also did a great job answering the questions I had.

I count myself among the fortunate that use Stack for my furnace needs (PM, etc)
and thus am well aware of what a gem of a company that they are.

10/8/2025 Stack Heating and Air in my view is truly a five star Business. From Scheduling to a technician showing up at my door, all have been great to work with. Technician Enea G. was professional, courtious and respectful of our home. Upon arrival he confirmed the work to be completed (annual heater tuneup). I appreciated his detailed description of the heater's performance values. Thank you Enea G., I am confident that we are ready for winter.

From initial sales call through installation and problem solving, my experience with Stack was positive. Both Ryans answered my questions with knowledge and respect, as did technicians Kevin, Santos, Zander, Alex, and John. Their skill, efficiency, and friendliness made for the smooth installation of two high quality furnaces and hot water tank. I recommend Stack as a solid choice for your HVAC needs.

Had Stack Heating and cooling install a new draft inducer motor on my furnace. A few days later when I was by the furnace I noticed a grinding noise when the furnace prepared to start blowing heat. When the blower actually started the noise went away. I was concerned that something was wrong with the draft inducer motor and called Stack Heating and Cooling to report the issue and they sent a tech out to investigate the problem as a no charge call. After inspecting the operation of the furnace, the tech that arrived discovered that the observation hole and furnace brand name plaque would vibrate when the furnace first started and that was the grinding noise I was hearing. The tech was very detail oriented and resecured the observation hole and furnace brand name plaque and to my relief and satisfaction the grinding like noise was gone. He also gave me some tips on furnace operation efficiency as well. My thanks to Stack Heating and Cooling and to the employees that have serviced my furnace. I've signed up for the yearly furnace and A/C inspection as well.

Reliable, organized, communicative, professional service! Reasonable yearly maintenance rates. This young technician was was respectful, quiet, tested a variety of pieces, parts, and emissions--all safe and operating within parameters--great news and peace of mind!

Great Service. Kevin G called that he would be early. Was quick & efficient in completing the plumbing regulator repair. The work area was left clean. Kevin was courteous and explained the process. I was pleased at how fast he completed the repair.

This company was very accommodating when I had to reschedule the appointment. I was unavailable by phone, so I did not get his calls. Nevertheless, he arrived a bit early. He was very efficient and solved three separate issues in short order. In summary, my experience using Stack for household wiring problems could not have been better.

The technician Bob (and his son who was assisting him), initially installed the HVAC system back in 2016. Bob was back today for the yearly maintenance check. The system has run flawlessly all these year's, and it is because of Stack's dedicated employees like Bob, who have serviced it! I highly recommend Stack!

I needed the heating/cooling system in my sun room checked. Repairman was prompt and explained everything he did, and made some good suggestions. Cleaned up afterwards. Quite satisfied.

Senior citizen here, my furnace died during the storm and I spent 3 days living in my home with temps below freezing. Old blind dog shaking, seeing my breath etc. several companies could only help the next day.

Stack Heating and Cooling were very efficient. The technician talked with me through the whole process of different tests he was doing to figure out the problem. Once figured out, they were able to find a replacement part and install it within an hour of the diagnosis. Our furnace has been running smoothly ever since!

We contacted Clay at Stack Heating and Cooling about getting an entire HVAC installed in February 2025. He came to the house and presented us multiple options to choose from and offered very reasonable financing. The installation was scheduled very quickly. The installation team that came was very professional and knowledgeable. They upgraded the ductwork for the cold air return and also fixed the ductwork to the registers in the floor greatly improving airflow in the house! Our house is much more comfortable thanks to the entire crew at Stack! I would highly recommend them!

Every person who came into my house was respectful of my property and of me. They were kind, informative and did a great job with minor dings. Though not the least expensive, I’ve never had an issue with Stack and/or their follow up. Which I guess, makes the price worth it. ; )
