We had this unit installed for my mother and father in law. The crews arrived on time and were very courteous and made sure to use drop cloths and cover areas they were working . The overall time frame was originally slated for 2 days, However there were 4 men working on the system at one time. They were able to complete the entire install in 1 day. The crew was very helpful with clean up and walking us thru the proper use of the system with remote controls. I will highly recommend Stack Heating,Cooling and Electric to anyone who asks me.

Stack responded promptly and was able to come same day to fix our furnace. Our technician was professional and knowledgeable. We also joined their membership which provided discounts and preventative maintenance. We also had a great experience with our recent maintenance service. We would highly recommend Stack.

Lisa, the technician who performed the semi-annual check-up on my HVAC unit was able to arrive early. She got right to it when she arrived, asking some questions about the installation and then went through the entire diagnostic in about 30 minutes total. Wrapping up she went thru a series of questions to make sure there weren't other needs I wasn't aware of that she or others at Stack could address. She was personable and professional. A good mix to be supported by those she reports to at Stack.

We’ve had a maintenance contract with Stack for 12+ years, which came in handy when our furnace died in January 2026 at 10pm on a Saturday night in zero degree weather. No problem! They were at our house in less than an hour and had us up and running in no time, for the price of a regular service call. Their folks are always so nice and knowledgeable. We love Stack!!

A completely new HVAC system was installed along with a new hot water tank. The job was finished in 2 days with everything done as ordered and all site cleaned up afterward. The 2 technicians were very experienced and professional. I can't remember their names, but listening to them I knew they were from eastern Europe. They told me they were both from Albania. I would recommend them for any installation. Thanks!!

That was the best hundred dollars I ever spent. He helped me learn how to take my furnace apart and clean it properly and we disabled our old April fresh contraption on the side and he explained everything to me about the furnace and combustion and it was super cool. I had just moved to Lorain and discovered I had no hot water in my new house — found the unit was from 2014! I called Jacks bc their name sounded close to the plumber I used back in North Royalton. They came in, removed the ancient water heater and installed the new one. Very professional young guys — and the best part was they fixed the Y valve that was rigged in 2014. Saved me a lot of headaches down the road. If you want a thorough and detailed installation, call Stack!

The Stack team installed my new hvac system. The estimator was prompt and explained the new system and features . We were offered 2 systems to fit in our budget . The install team was meticulous . They wore protective coverings on shoes , laid out tarps , cleaned up and removed debris . They answered all my questions and treated my family with the upmost respect . After years of dealing with a substandard Goodman unit , I can finally relax knowing we have new unit. backed by an excellent warranty for parts and labor . The attention to detail was excellent. I’ve worked on the trades for 38 years , Stack is exceptional

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We bought a property in Euclid OH and we wanted to get the furnace maintenance. No issues with it but wanted to ensure it was working properly. We are from Southern CA so did some research of companies before calling. First - when you call to set an appointment - they’re so friendly. Professional. And they put a smile on your face. Next - on the day of the appt BLAKE arrived in the window of time I was given. Called me when he was 10 mins from the property. I thought the service would be a quick in and out. NOT AT ALL! Blake did a thorough inspection of the furnace. All aspects of it he said were fine. He took - I’d say - 40 mins or so. But well worth it. Thank you Blake for your thorough explanation. Then we got a call from Ana making us aware of the premium membership. I think that’s what it’s called. She explained what it was and the benefits. I didn’t sign up right away because I was meeting contractors at the property. But I saw the benefit of the membership that I plan on signing up. Keeping a furnace in top notch condition.especially in OH. And for sure this will be my go to company in OH. Thank you for your amazing customer experience.

My furnace is 16 years old. They got here on time, explained fully what was happening and how they were going to fix the issue, gave me the price before any work was done. They had the parts for the furnace in their truck. The young man who serviced my furnace was very professional. They cleaned up and was done under 2 hours. YES, I Absolutely would recommend them to everyone I know.

Justus is a really excellent technician. He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything that was going on with my furnace and the options I have available to consider. I am extremely pleased with Justus and the work he did and he seems like a genuinely good person all around. Nick and Mark assessed and addressed the issue in a timely manner. They provided exceptional customer service. Also, I can appreciate the communication throughout the service call. Thank you for getting the heat up and working on such a cold day.

Here is a follow up. Turns out the april air was wired wrong and caused a short that blew a fuse that turned off the whole furnace, brrrr. One hour sent a tech last night who couldn't find anything wrong so he replaced the fuse and left. that only lasted an hour or so. they sent Blake Morris this morning. I told him that i recall turning up the april air because it didn't seem to be working and that was when the trouble started.

Blake took that info, ran a test and as soon as it called for humidity the fuse blew. he checked the wiring and found an issue and corrected it. He also went the extra mile by caulking everywhere. He recognized that i do wood working in that room and wanted to be sure no sawdust was leaking in.

I can't say enough about my experience. I rarely post reviews buy Mark and team deserve it. From start to finish the did excellent work and got me heat when the Temps were single digit and they worked with other customers that weren't as needy to shift their schedule for me. 10 stars! I'm a raving fan.
