Communication was great. They contacted us and showed up on time and did our driveway and walk. The drive and walk have not looked this bright and clean for years. Vet professional. We definitely recommend their services.

They did a great job cleaning our house, shed, and fence. With all white vinyl it can get dingy but also the mildew really stands out in shady spots. The gentleman that came did a great job of cleaning every surface area, took his time, and was very thorough. He was professional and polite.

I also liked the pricing model. When I called they pulled up my property on a map and used the measurements of the structures to give me an exact quote. We priced a competitor who was clearly trying to rip us off and used the tired old used car salesman tactics. These guys said they have a flat rate per square foot and quoted me to the penny. Oh and their price was half of what the competition quoted for just the fence.

I will definitely use them again.

I used this company to clean my windows outside and in, the two gentlemen who came out did the job efficiently and in a timely manner. They have a long reach extender pole for tall units if need be.
The price was reasonable and my windows look great. If you live in Barberton or surrounding areas I recommend using them. They will be my go-to window cleaners from now on.

This company is very rude. I had used them several times but they started sending new and untrained employees to my job site. I let them know that my windows were not clean and had many dirty spots throughout, the two employees began to speak in a loud tone, in front of my customers, that my windows are just extremely dirty and I need to get them cleaned more often ,then they can do a better job then. I was so humiliated. I asked them to call their manager and he was just as obnoxious. BEWARE !!!!!!! NO REGARD FOR THE CONSUMER

I received very poor service. He never gave me an estimate even though he said he would leave it on my doorknob the same day. I called him back 3 or 4 times to get an estimate, but he never returned my calls. I then assumed he didn't want to do my old windows so he ignored me. This is not good customer service and upset me. I then went to Streak Free Windows in Stow and the experience was fantastic. James the owner came right out, gave me a fair price, and was very friendly. Don't use Fish Windows use Streak Free Windows and you won't be disappointed!!!!! Ask to see my before and after photos!!! Joan Kosich

First time using their service and very pleased. The estimation process was prompt and their prices were reasonable. They were very flexible, even when I needed to reschedule- twice!- and when they came out they were professional, respectful, and courteous. I didn’t know, but our window installers had smudged silicone caulking all over our windows and they cleaned it off beautifully, even though it requires much more effort. Will definitely use their service again
