Great customer service in a world where that rarely exists. These guys even hung the lights in the freezing cold and wind so it would be done for Thanksgiving. Will absolutely use them again

Prompt, courteous, incredibly hard working team. Matt and Sam worked their tails off today and did a fantastic job with my many windows, screens and storm windows. We now have to wear sunglasses indoors. They also identified a broken pane and broken storm window frames that needed repairs and tightened loose screws on wrought iron decorative pieces. Price was fair and reasonable. We are 100% satisfied and will highly recommend JOSH THE WINDOW WASHING TEAM.

Chad and Ray were great. Got the job done quickly were very cautious with my fur baby that he did not get out. Highly recommend this team. They did my windows inside and out.

We had our garage roof cleaned recently . Everything was great - from the scheduling process to the final service being complete . They had great communication start to finish . The guys who provided the service the day of were very knowledgeable , kind and polite . I would definitely recommend and plan to use again in the future !

Josh did a great job on our outdoor holiday lights. He was prompt, efficient, and made the house look great for the holidays.

Two individuals came and spent about half an hour. Did not hand clean front/back porch gutters nor flush gutters/ downspouts per agreement. Could not see upper level gutters to see what if anything was done. Charged $242 to credit card for Platinum Cleanout. Provided photos in the past but did not this time after I requested them. My photos show work was not done with snow and leaves still in the gutters. Extremely disappointed in their performance and disputing charge with credit card company.
Update: money was refunded and I’ve found another service that is also more reasonably priced.

These guys actually made our windows look worse than before they started. The windows are all streaked and look awful in the sun.

The window washers were originally washing our screens over our white carpets. After I asked the guys to stop messing up our carpets they simply started tossing our screens out of the second story windows to the ground with zero consideration as to whether the screens were damaged.
After our phone call to the supervisor they came back and made a less than half hearted attempt to clean the windows.

I went ahead and paid them when the supervisor promised to return and make everything right. Surprise! They are MIA and I am out all that money and I still have filthy windows! I could have done better with Windex and a couple of rolls of paper towels!

We recently had our gutters pressure washed and it was a great experience. As new homeowners, we thought we would start with a clean slate and have a professional do it so they could let us know if anything looked amiss. The guys were on time, courteous, and the price was great. They also do a lot of different stuff so I like being able to use the same company for multiple services, especially if they're as great as Josh's. I would recommend Josh's to anyone.

Buyer beware. We paid $800 to have our house power washed and cement cleaned and sealed. They missed many areas. We were told we would get before and after pictures and never have. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I’ve called, emailed and even texted Mike pictures with no response. Yes, their automatic text reminders were good but not communication after the job was done.

The crew at Josh's did a fantastic job cleaning the sides and roof of our church building, Radiant Life Church in Wadsworth, Oh! Very fair price and they finished a huge project in one day. Highly recommend.

We had Josh The Window Cleaner and his crew out to our house to clean the gutters. Everything turned out wonderfully on time professional .So grateful I can use the service so my husband doesn't have to get up on the ladder. We look forward to having them out in the spring to do our windows and power washing Highly recommend them

Bought downtown commercial building. It did not appear that the windows had ever been cleaned... Frames and all were coated with thick dirt. Josh did an amazing job! As I , Josh pays attention to detail! Windows and frames now look like new. I will bring him inside to clean once construction done. Great experience. Thanks Josh!

What great service provided! We have used Josh the Window Cleaner to do Window cleaning, gutter cleaning and Holiday lights. This is the second year we have used this company and every-time we’ve had incredible service. Highly recommend.

Had service on 7/15/25. Was so happy with the 2 workers that came to our home. Had our windows cleaned inside/outside, tracks, wells, screens cleaned and they sparkle. Also cleaned house roof and our shed. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, friendly and hardworking. Best company I’ve had by far, I’d recommend them and give them a 10 star. I can’t remember the names of the crew to call them out but was sure to tip them..

Excellent service; my windows, siding and gutters all look brand new! I didn’t think they would be able to get the black and green stuff off the gutters since they’ve been there for years, but Josh’s was able to get them looking like new!! Highly recommend!

Guys were pleasant and on time . Did a nice job with windows . Next time I’ll lay tarps down on my carpet for screens to be taken off , especially if it rains the day before, so it doesn’t stain carpet

I used this company twice last year for window cleaning.
The first crew that came out were both older guys in their 40s, they did an outstanding job. They did the job in a timely manner and were very friendly. The second time later in the year, they sent two younger men in their 20s. They took twice as long as the first crew and were both constantly checking their phones and texting most of the time.
I also found out they charge way more than most other window cleaning companies. They quoted me this week $215 just for the exterior windows to be cleaned.
I used a different service earlier this year for a hundred dollars less, and most other companies in the area quoted around that same amount.
Josh the Window cleaner overcharges significantly for their services, you're better off shopping around elsewhere as you can find the same quality service for less.

Sam did an exceptional job. The company stayed in communication, were clear on pricing and showed up on time. Everything was clean and wiped dry. I was happy with Sam's work and would recommend their services.

Had exterior windows and gutter clean out on two properties. Courteous service and right on time. Left no debris behind! Would recommend although was a little pricey, I don’t mind as they were very professional.
