This company is badass! There was a huge tree that collapsed from another property on to ours. I called Barberton tree service within 30 minutes they had a whole crew show up. Aaron, Chris, Kurt and Ben. These guys were incredible I couldn’t believe how diligent and fast they work together. Within one hour they had the whole tree completely cut up and in the wood chipper. They even went the extra yard and cleaned up all the debris. I recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is A+ and you won’t regret hiring them!

Our property is on a hill and presented a major accessibility problem for tree removal equipment. We are so grateful to estimator Josh for his determination in choosing a crew that could get the job done before winter. Jordan and his crew did a great job and left our and our neighbors yards cleaner than they found them.

Had a tree removed from BTS last month. The young men were very kind, polite and professional. From marking the trucks on the street to cutting down the tree and disposing of it ... professional. Great crew, great job, great company. The gentleman who did the tree stump grinding was amazing as well. Nothing but praise.

The crew of Aaron, Jordan, Kyle and Derrick arrived on time, went through with me the service order to confirm work to be done. They heard what I wanted and provided guidance on other tree concerns I had. The team worked diligently and cleaned up the yard after completion. We had them removed dead trees and large tree limbs over our house. Prior to payment I was shown the work completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend Barberton Tree Service to others.

I Highly recommend this company for a wonderful experience all around.. the estimate was reasonably priced and gave me so much knowledgeable information about the problem with my tree. They took my tree down so fast and very respectful to my neighbors, cleaning up the areas. I can't say enough good about the Barberton Tree Service crew, Robert Snelgrove, Ben, Nate & Levi, who removed our tree and trimmed 2 others. They were punctual, courteous, efficient, had all the right equipment and worked so well together & they clearly knew what they were doing. IN the past e have had several other companies with a far less than satisfactory experience, i.e.,sloppy work, loud arguing among the coworkers on the front lawn & trying to leave the job unfinished despite a written contract.If you need tree service this is the place to call. Barberton Tree removed two very large trees in back of my house that where blocking sunlight for my new 11.4 kW solar system. The price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. The sugar gum tree was less than a foot from my deck and they removed everything with no damage to the deck. There was still some very large roots that you couldn't see because of a very large amount of mulch and dirt. I removed all of that and sent pictures to Barberton Tree. They sent Dave out and he completely removed all of the remaining roots! Everything looks great and I highly recommend them.

Barberton Tree did a super job removing snd trimming a number of trees on our property. They were professional and very knowledgeable and receptive to our requests. We highly recommend them to others. Mike the crew supervisor was great as was the rest of the workers …Cort, Malcom and Ben. These crew members were a pleasure to work with!

Cleaned up green giants with our main entrance of driveway. Pickup trucks don’t touch them now. Never looked like they were cut/trimmed. Also had 4 mulberry branches cut off in our island. Great staff and cleaned up like they were never there! Price value was great.

My wife and I had Barberton Tree remove two Maple trees from the front of our house and Jordan, Aaron, Kyle and Justin was the crew that did the work. They were great guys and experienced, professional and extremely efficient with their work. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Hey there! I had a great experience with this company. They showed up right on time and I was greeted by four friendly employees. They took care of cutting down our large Cottonwood tree and cleaned up the mess afterward. If you're looking for an honest, reliable, and professional company, I highly recommend them.

Lisa and Barberton Tree saved the day when I needed four massive trees removed quickly in order to complete well work. I received an estimate the same day I called, was given several options on timing of tree removal, and was given a fair price. We had to close the road for a short time, and the communication and plan for this was seamless.

We had a great time watching the crew do what they do best. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up after the job was done perfectly.

We had several trees cut down and the guys did a great job and were all very nice and respectful . They also did a great job cleaning up. I am going to have them come back for all my tree service needs. I highly recommend them. Pricing was reasonable especially for a job well done.

Last year I had Barberton Tree do some work for me and the service was great. This year was not so great. The crew showed up before the time they told me, didn’t notify me that they had entered my yard. When they opened my gates they didn’t Secure them so one ended up with a crack. Once I noticed it and said something to the crew and started to call the office they then took a picture and sent it like it was preexisting damage (the gate had just been replaced 4 months prior to this) Then they decided to take the gate off. After that they decided they couldn’t do the work (because of a flower bed).

The following week I reached out to Lisa with no resolution. According to her I couldn’t prove that the damage was caused by her crew. She also said her crew states that I said it was broke the last time they were there. Absolutely not true. I did say I just had the gate replaced. She called me back a week later stating that she thought they had a resolve for the gate and for me to call her cell. I did that but instead of her calling me back Scottie called me. He said Freddie would contact me about putting JB Weld on my gate to fix it. I never heard back from them until I contacted the BBB and they still have not attempted to resolve this issue. This had been going on since May 2025. You can see in the pictures where they put the gate stick into the dirt and it was drug across the dirt onto the driveway

Nov. 10, 2025: Had Mike and Jeff's crew remove a huge old cherry tree that was deteriorating and posing a danger to my home. They were so efficient they looked choreographed. A job well done, including cleanup. They drove tracked vehicles over soft, wet grass, and flattened out the ground when done, so it will look good as new in the Spring. Barberton Tree has good reason to take pride in their employees, who are excellent representatives for the company and demonstrate superb skill and professionalism in their work. I would recommend Barberton Tree to anyone who wants the job done right!
