I found Cates via Yelp, and after contacting three other companies, they were the only ones who made the effort to come to the house and provide a quote in person. They did a great job considering our windows are very old and some don’t open all the way. Robert was nice and knowledgeable, and he and his partner worked for nearly four hours to leave our windows cleaner than they’ve been in a long time. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Robert Cates! He washed all of our windows and screens last month and did a great job. He cleaned our windows inside and out. This week I had him come back to also clean our gutters. The added bonus is that he not only cleaned out the gutters on the inside, but he cleaned the outside, too. Everything looks fantastic!

Technicians were extremely polite, professional, and excellent communicators. They contacted me before the job, during the job to give an update, and at the end of the job to ensure they accomplished everything that was discussed. The whole home cleaning has completely revitalized the look of the outside of my home. They were also very efficient. They turned what has traditionally taken days to complete by myself into a few hour job without cutting any corners.

They did a great job getting our model homes looking tip top shape! They arrived early and were very thorough with their cleaning. They were also very professional and nice people.

Nate and Ethan visited our home today to clean our windows. They were both on time, extremely polite, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job cleaning our windows. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again.

In June, I scheduled Josh the Window Cleaner for my daughter who lives in Wadsworth, Ohio. She was very dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning. On some windows, they looked worse than before they were cleaned and additionally, the workers left off several screens. My daughter called and left a message about her dissatisfaction, but got no reply. Being charged over $300. for window cleaning that was less than adequate, leaves us both very unhappy.
We would like a resolution for either the windows to be recleaned and the screens replaced or a discount for the less than stellar cleaning and service.

This company has the best men working for them. From the first phone call to the men arriving at my home. Never had to worry about them. They work hard and are very friendly. Their work is awesome. They explained all the processes they would be doing and answered all my questions. I would refer this company to all of my friends and family.
