20-year-old GE appliance in really good shape; just needed a replacement baking element. The part was ordered and in the technician's hands within 2 days of my call and it took only one short visit to repair. The technician was on time, friendly and professional. I would recommend this company for the repairs of your appliances.

All he did was flip the switch and charged me 250.00. My switch was backwards up was off and down was on. I did not know this. I think if you are a woman in particular this is the last company I would hire. He had no problem taking advantage of me

The best people for appliance repairs hands down. The price was fair and the workmanship exemplary. They also worked with our schedule and made sure the same tech took care of us start to finish. Our tech, Don, felt like family. He wore booties the entire time, used a floor mat out our door and made sure no water got anywhere. He did a full diagnosis and unfortunately had to order a part. But no problem for this company. They scheduled Don to come back at our convenience and finish the job. Thank you for the great job 😃

Very easy to make appointment for service, received text with date and time (2-hour) window and a picture of the technician that would do the job. I really appreciated that extra step to feel comfortable knowing who would show up at my door. Charles did a great job cleaning years of dust and dirt out of the back and under the refrigerator. He was timely, friendly, professional and explained exactly what he needed to do to perform the cleaning. The rate was very affordable and extends the life of my refrigerator. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Appliance was a pleasure to work with. They were very easy to schedule and Rusty, our technician, was so professional. The issue was fixed and while hopefully we'll never need to use a technician again, Mr. Appliance will be the first ones we call!

Our 20 year old whirlpool glass fop electric range’s LED screen wasn’t working so well I decided to call Mr Appliance to see if they could fix it. Which they did and for much less $$$ than replacing it. The technician, Chuck Sipple did an outstanding job. I hope nothing else breaks down, but if it does, I know who to call. I was the tech's 7th job of the day. I was his 7th successful repair. I think they were overpriced, but I couldn't do it myself and he fixed it for half the price of a new dryer. Even though I think they were overpriced, I will use them again.

When we called to have someone look at our washer that was not working the technician said the only way to fix it was ordering a new part for $400 that was on back order and could take a few months. My husband was able to fix the washing machine with a paper towel and isopropyl alcohol. When I called to explain the situation the manager was rude and compared this to cleaning a car.

We had to get the seal for our washer replaced upon purchasing our first home. Don, the employee that repaired our washer, did an amazing job. My parents had to stay at our place since I was at work. From what I was told, he was friendly, explained how to take care of the new seal that was installed, and left a goody bag with some washer cleaner and tide pods. He even carried dog treats and gave some to our puppies! Thank you, Don, and the rest of the team at Mr. Appliance for the great service. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this company! They are prompt, professional, polite, personable , knowledgeable and considerate! The cost of the repair for the control board in our 16 YO Kenmore Elite range was much cheaper than replacing it!
