The main breaker broke on a rental house on Fri eve. I called all over trying to find a 200 amp main breaker off of a 30 year old panel. I called them, described what I needed and literally git a history lesson on that breaker. They knew exactly what I needed. I bought it installed it and my tenants had electric by sat at noon.

This is a good spot to purchase high end fixtures and find any electrical needs for both residential & commercial. We find all of the staff to be very helpful & professional.

Have been buying lighting products for well over a decade for Jamestown Crossing. Supporting local companies is a big deal to the HOA board and it makes it much easier with the service and quality of people you work with here. Great company!! 50 Years Congratulations!!

First time visiting Batavia Electric and they did not disappoint. The tool selection is outstanding, the available wire selection is a must have and they have it. Customer service? They nailed it. They asked the right questions, figured out what I was working on, let me know what I needed as far as they knew according to what the county would require and made sure I had it before I left. I checked out the counties specs after and they were dead on. Kudos to them and a big thank you. I have found my new supplier for the electrical needs of my company.

and knowledgeable. The showroom is amazing. This is a great resource for lighting.

This is an awesome local company! I remember driving by it when I was a kid. I liked seeing all the light fixtures! It's awesome that they have been around for 50 years. They have an excellent selection of light bulbs and electric supplies. The staff is really friendly. They even do a Christmas party for customers every year :)

I did the usual, went to Home Depot and Lowe’s looking for a breaker to be replaced for my older home. I was told that they no longer carry these and my whole box would likely need replaced. A friend told me to go to Batavia Electric Supply to ask. I called and the employee was very courteous and helpful. I ended up getting there right at closing and he went out of his way to look up and compare breakers that could possibly be used. I can’t tell you how happy and relieved I was to take home a breaker that actually worked!! I realize I may still need to update my box but not having the need to do it immediately really sent my stress level down! Thank you to the employee who took the time to help me and not just rush me out the door since it was closing time. I appreciate the extra mile that you went!! I will definitely go there for any more electric needs now that I know about them and I highly suggest you do too!
