What excellent customer service! My kitchen drain was clogged so I contacted Orlove's Plumbing. The technician Bill came in, assessed the problem, gave me full details of my current issue as well as tips to prevent future problems; and then unclogged my drain in 5 minutes. I really cannot say enough good things! First, due to a miscommunication at home, no one was available when the technician showed up for our first scheduled appointment. Brittany called back, pretty quickly, to reschedule for just a couple days later. I was expecting just a quote. But, the service provider was able to complete the service right then and there! And, did an amazing job to boot! The price, in my opinion, was incredibly fair. The work definitely wonderful!

I do not have pictures of outside where the spigot was replaced with a new one that is resistant to freezing. I am beyond pleased and will definitely reach out again when needed.
