I couldn’t believe how quickly the technician was able to get the job done. By the time I made the phone call to the time our new hot water tank was installed and our old one was hauled away it was under 2 and a half hours. Extremely thankful for the excellent customer service and the thorough job that was completed. Will definitely recommend this company to others and hire for jobs in the future.

Having your water heater go out is a pretty stressful experience, but working with Hot Water Tanks LLC made it as painless as possible. Steve got me an estimate right away after I contacted him, and the next day he installed the new water heater. There were no surprise charges, no up-sell attempts, or anything like that. Steve was super responsive, answered all my questions, and he did great work. I highly recommend Hot Water Tanks LLC, and I will definitely work with them again in the future!

Great experience, Eric came out and got me a quote and the next day I had my new hot water tank installed. The process was quick and seamless and they even answered other plumbing questions while at my house. The cost was well within reason as well! Called to get an estimate on replacing my broken and leaking hot water tank. Steve was there with a replacement tank and finished 3 hours after I called. He's very talented, safe and his prices are a lot less than the Home Depot and Lowe's that are nearby. Price included removal of old tank and plumbing details to install new tank. Very highly recommended!

Steve installed a new water heater, disposed of the old one, was very professional and friendly, and even helped out with a stubborn drain valve I was having on a sink for no extra charge. Steve came by after I had a leak in my shower and was extremely personable and professional. Even though he was sent by my home warranty company to check out the shower, he let me show him some other minor issues around the house and offered advice on how I could solve the issues myself or what kind of work would need to be done. As a first-time home buyer, that was a fantastic experience. Knowing that there are people out there that are willing to help and not charge by the minute for advice is fantastic. My hot water tank went after 15 years. Hot water tanks llc was sent to me by a warranty company. I really liked him a lot I could tell he was an honest person and knew what he was talking about … but the company denied my claim because it was leaking (omg)
(Don’t get select home warranty ugh) so I called him back to put it in out of my pocket. I had called Lowe’s just to check prices and they were a lot more expensive. He worked around my schedule and installed a great new tank in a timely manner. And at a decent price and I am super happy to have hot water again !! I highly recommend this company!!

I called Steve on Sunday because hot water was running steadily out of the overflow pipe of tank. He was out of town but said he would be back around 5 and stop by then. Bottom line, the tank is about 20 years old and we need a new one. He gave a quote and said he could install it the next morning. He arrived promptly, finished the job quickly, and cleaned the area. I also showed him a toilet we were having problems with and he gave us several options. We are having that work done next week. Steve is responsible, hardworking and fair. I would strongly recommend him for any plumbing job.

I reached out for a new hot water heater install, after setting a date and time for install I was left waiting all day for him to show up, 3 hours after the appointment time had passed I figured maybe he forgot about the appointment.. I proceeded to reach out and was never contacted back. Not sure how this company’s ratings are so high.

From the first call to Steve about a quote for a new hot water heater he was very responsive, very professional, on time and just overall a friendly guy. He quoted me that same day via a digital quote. I then asked him if he could install a kitchen faucet for me and he quoted me a price and showed up on time and did a great job. I know it's not easy crawling under my sink since it's deep and with the garbage disposal there isn't much space but he didn't flinch and got the job done! I will be using him again in the very near future for some additional plumbing work that is needed. It's nice in this crazy world to find someone who is what they say they are. Steve was very profesional. He was extermely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions and advise us on the best options for our situation. He answered his phone on the weekend. We went from our intial call to a fully installed new tank in under 24 hours. He was very down to earth and explained things in a way a layman can understand. His prices are also very reasonable.
