Reviews of local pros in Berea, Ohio

Hot water tank went out this morning, and we happened to call this company and we were surprised that they were able to install the new one this evening. Very professional and courteous. Definitely would recommend to anyone! Thank you for great customer service!!!!!

I hired them to replace my hot water tank after it went out on me. Steve was very knowledgeable and polite. It was like having family come over and help. I definitely recommend him and his company.

Hot water tank went out over holiday weekend. After not receiving call backs from other companies, I called Hot Water Tanks LLC and Steve picked up the call immediately and was at our house later that afternoon to check things out. New tank was installed and we were back in business. Courteous, friendly and professional service. Thank you Steve!

We received four quotes for our hot water tank and decided to go with Hot Water Tanks LLC. Steve’s professionalism and knowledge stood out far above the rest. The hot water tank was installed within 48 hours of receiving Steve’s quote, and the installation process was quick and flawless. I have new soft pine flooring and was concerned about potential damage while bringing the new tank in and taking the old one out. Steve was extremely cautious, ensuring there were no scratches to my flooring. I highly recommend Steve, you will not be disappointed.

Steve was courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job replacing my hot water tank. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing work done!

Friendly, fast service. Would recommend

Had horrible plumbing issues in our master bathroom. Called Brian! He worked a miracle and we are back to normal...
Thank you so much 😊

Excellent work. Friendly. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Brian states he does not have xray vision and can't see inside walls. Charges an extra 25% and left PVC drain pipes leaking causing a damage claim that he will not submit. Brian and Christine also avoid and hang up on you if they mess your house up. Watch out, contact me for more

Great job with a messy situation with a toilet. Professional and respectful the entire time. Highly reccomend!

This place was excellent. Brian did a fantastic job. Was very personable, explained everything very thoroughly. I will use this place again in the future.

Plumber was running late but let me know as soon as he could. Finished the quickly and tested everything to make sure it was done right. Also gave me a great discount since he was running late on another job. Would definitely go goodfellas in the future.
