Reviews of local pros in Berea, Ohio

Ben’s air duct services were amazing. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They took pictures so I could see before and after! They did such a good job! Very impressed with the quality and speed of service. They helped guide me in what services would be best but also weren’t pushy. Would absolutely recommend to a family member if they asked!

Best! Super professional, kind, detail oriented. Couldn’t be happier. The best out there I’m sure! Five stars PLUS! They kept me updated with pictures throughout the process which showed before and afters. You will be so happy with their services! THANK YOU!

I had an amazing experience with Bens. They showed up on time, and were extremely kind and respectful. Prices were excellent as well, I even shopped around. Ben and the gang knocked it out of the park, will be using them again!

Great experience overall. The guys arrived on time, placed booties on without asking before entering the house and completed a walk through explaining air duct and dryer vent cleaning thoroughly. The guys were extremely friendly with my small children and respectful of the furniture when moving to gain access to my vents. Will be using again in the future and would highly recommend

Ben’s Air Duct cleaning did an amazing job. The before and after pictures were crazy to see and reassured me that the ducts needed cleaned out. They were able to squeeze me in for an appointment and they completed the job in a very timely matter. I highly recommend

I recommend this company for getting your air ducts cleaned. The two workers were very knowledgeable and polite. They came on time and took good before/after pics. Fairly priced too.

I’d probably say this is the first time and all the years that I’ve looked to get my ducks cleaned the company actually did what they said they were gonna do. I think the longest somebody has ever been in my house is an hour. These guys spent a ton of time to do the job right. Highly recommend them!

The entire experience with Ben’s cleaning was a pleasure from beginning to end. They are very professional, efficient, easy to work with and they did a great job! They kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way. Highly recommend them!!

The team was pleasant, professional and most of all excellent at what they do. They showed me my before and after pictures of our air ducts. And the price was good. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Terek and his partner called and arrived early for our appointment. He properly installed our dryer vent hose from the dryer to the wall outlet (it wasn’t properly attached) and cleared our clogged dryer vent. They were kind and professional amd reasonably priced. Terek explained the dangers of improper venting and a clogged vent. I highly recommend Ben’s Vent and duct cleaning and will definitely use them in the future.

Good experience. Price was reasonable when comparing elsewhere. Would definitely recommend to others.

Tarak and team were very thorough and did an excellent job. They spent several hours removing up to 4” of dust from our ducts. Highly recommended!

Tarek and team were very polite, neat, thorough and very nice. He showed me before and after pictures of my ducts so I could see for myself how much dust had accumulated. My dogs, cat and I will all be breathing cleaner air when the furnace or AC is running.

Excellent in every way! Prompt and fair estimate, they were very kindly able to accommodate our schedule, did an extremely thorough cleaning with photos to show the results. They went above and beyond and were very courteous and professional! Will always use them in the future and highly recommend! Thank you!

Ben’s air duct cleaning service did an excellent job cleaning my whole homes vents and ducts. They were in and out in 3 hours and were very kind and willing to answer any questions I had. They showed and sent me pictures of before and after and were very affordable. Would recommend to my friends!

Ben’s Air duct cleaning did an amazing job on our home that had never had a duct cleaning before. We also had our furnace and dryer cleaned out. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I love that they showed before and after pictures. The difference was shocking. Fabulous job. I highly recommend them.

Bosch (unsure of spelling) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. I'm certain you have a great, all around member of your team! He's one of those rare people that would classify for cloning.

I recently hired Ben’s Duct Cleaning for a thorough cleaning of my home’s HVAC system, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the process and answered all of my questions with patience. The cleaning itself was done efficiently, and they even showed me before-and-after photos to highlight the difference. My home feels fresher, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in air quality. I highly recommend Ben’s Duct Cleaning to anyone looking for top-notch service. They truly exceeded my expectations!

I had a great experience with Ben’s! They were very nice and showed genuine knowledge about their work. I appreciated how thorough they were throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way, which made me feel reassured. It’s nice to know you’re in good hands, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable air duct services!

Ben’s Air Duct Cleaning service was awesome! They were very kind and professional, and they did excellent work! They shared photos with me to show me what the air ducts looked like before and after, and sent me the photos for my records. They were in and out in under 2 1/2 hours. They also offered a great price compared to other places I had received estimates from. I highly recommend them!

Ben’s came on time & they were professional & very polite. Good communication when booking & explanations of how it all works. They wore booties over their shoes to keep my new carpet clean. They did a great job cleaning & sanitizing the vents & putting back any furniture they had to move to access the vents. The pictures before & after are very good. I would highly recommend them. They did not try to over sell any extra options either, just made suggestions.
