Had a furnace issue in the middle of the night, they came out by 8 am. Got the issue resolved quickly and back to a warm house.

We were very pleased with the service we had received. Brandon was very thorough and professional. He took care of our annual maintenance.

I highly recommend doing business with this great company. We installed a new HVAC system on December 12, 2024. The sales manager and consultant, Jim Damn, was very helpful in explaining the best options for us. The installation team of Matt & Mike were very professional, friendly, and arrived on time. After sale follow up by the field supervisor, Jesse, was a great service. He made sure that everything was installed correctly and endured our satisfaction.

I recently had a new furnace and AC installed a few weeks ago. I have been a customer of Huge for many years and am happy to see that the quality of employees, workmanship, customer service, and communication have remained with the merger. John C was so helpful with the time he took explaining and answering questions when he did my estimate. There was no high pressure pitch to have me commit that day. Josh and Mike were the installers and were prompt, efficient and respectful of me and my home.

Have had these folks out to do the annual checks/repair work on my furnace, A/c and tankless water heater. Always on time and all services are performed efficiently. Scott has been our tech and is the best I've ever experienced.

I have used Heart of Ohio (Berh's) for over 19 years. For both my house and office... They do the yearly furnace maintenance as well as the hot water tank, they also have installed our new furnace (hooked up the Echobee for us), new gas hot water tank (changed from electric tank), repaired water lines in master bathroom, installed heater, fan and lights in master bathroom, fixed the clogged drain in the kitchen... I will be using them for replacing outside faucets and replacing outdoor lamp post light...
If any problems arise, they are quick to resolve the problems... My wife and I have been very happy with the job and service they have provided for us...

Absolute professionals, came out promptly and let me know both times when they were on the way. The technician that came out was a great guy and I would be more than happy to have him back if I need any HVAC repairs. I had a great experience I would recommend if you are in need of their service.

I've used them in the past when they were Ber’s. I had nothing but fantastic experience with them. Prices seemed fair, work was very good, and communication/customer service was exceptional.

For the latest work I had them disconnect and move our AC so I could have other work done. That part went well. Come time to reconnect, found that the freon pump was corroded inside the compressor, and I needed a new AC unit. Ok no problem these things happen, the installer showed me the problem, and I could see the issue myself. I see how these things can happen. It took 2 weeks to come back to install the new AC unit, annoying, especially during 90-degree heat, but again no problem.

During installation there was a problem with either the control board or the transformer, and they needed to order a replacement part. They set us up with portable AC units for the weekend while they tracked down the parts and the person who can install the part, cool! Great customer service.

Here is where the annoying part comes. I was told that they would call me when they could come back out to install the part. I never got a call from them, then randomly someone showed up to our door while our kids were home alone. I called them to ask what was going on and the office did not know and guessed that someone just wanted to get a serial number or something. They said that they would call me back to schedule something. I did not receive that call.

The next morning, I called and was told that someone was scheduled first thing in the morning, and I would receive a text when they left the office/shop. About an hour later there was a knock on our door again without promised communication, annoying but not a huge deal. I was informed by the technician that his manager was going to come out. The manager arrived and did not speak a word to us. No hello. No, I’m just here to assist the tech, nothing. Very unprofessional to come into someone's house and not introduce yourself.

Later I found out that there was a problem with one of the previously working common wires for the thermostat. This means we cannot use our Nest thermostat, but an old school thermostat will work. Not ideal but at least we have AC after 27 days without. I was again told that someone would call us later that day to figure out a solution for the common wire. No one called. I called about 4pm and was told they do updates on the previous day first thing in the morning, and again someone would call. It is now 10am the next day and I have not received a call, and when I call the phone just stops ringing. So again, no communication. I’m less concerned about the common wire than I am about the fact they there is just poor communication.

The common wire was working before this project, now it is not working after they messed with it, and I’d like to know why and get it working. As I’m still trying to contact them, I get a text to leave a google review. So here we are.

Update: Today communication has been much better, and it seems like they have taken the communication issues to heart. I thank you for that. The work has always been exceptional and reasonably priced.

We lost our heat in the middle of the night and had a tattoo show to vendette in the morning. We showed up first thing in the morning.Got it fixed, and we were able to get to show on time

I had my furnace installed by Heart of Ohio almost 2 years ago and they did an outstanding job. Since then I encountered a minor problem on a weekend. I called and a tech came shortly after. The techs are highly qualified, courteous and through. I recommend Heart of Ohio.

And the gentleman was at my home waiting for me when I got there. He was quick thorough and I appreciated him showing up. I would absolutely call them again!

Replaced an old furnace and AC for the house. The 2 installers did a great job! They answered all of my questions with a professional and friendly attitude.They took care of a lot more than I expected during the install, replaced everything attached to the system. Cleaned up all of the work areas from outside the house to the furnace room. Really nice job all around.

Replaced old toilet with new toilet. I purchased the new toilet from home depot. The install alone was nearly 500$. Service was great though.

I called about our furnace not working and they were able to come out the same day! They are always so professional and able to fix everything! I use them all the time and would highly recommend them.
