Joe McCullough went above and beyond for us!! He made sure we were comfortable and informed, and really made us feel better during a really stressful time- a huge old cast iron pipe for our upstairs bathroom needed fixed right before Christmas! We were so nervous as this was our first big home repair as homeowners. Over three days, Joe worked tirelessly to fix it up and make it brand new and also fixed up some messy water lines from the previous homeowners so they’re easier to work with in the future. He worked so hard, and now our upstairs bathroom has never looked and worked better! Joe really made us feel at ease every step of the way. He even walked us through other areas of our house and helped us understand what plumbing updates might be needed in the future too, we feel so much better about our home repairs knowing Joe has our back! He’s patient and kind, and definitely made a customer for life out of us. Thank you so much for your hard work Joe, we are so grateful for you! Happy holidays to you and your family!

Charlie suggested replace vs repair of cold water leak on water tank. Plus, installation of overhead copper water pipe, removed dormant older lines too.

I called “Plumbers on call” when my well pump wouldn’t shut off and they sent Mr Rooter to do the job. Joe & 2 supervisors were prompt in same day service. The $40 switch needed replacing. Joe went above and beyond and also pressurized the well, which was set too high. Took about a hour for the job and extra inspection.
They lost a star because I felt $521 was a bit too high to replace one switch in a hour’s work. And because they charged me over $100 just to remove 4 screws to remove a stair to gain access. Had they told me ahead of time I would have removed them for free. To me that’s ridiculous! Great friendly same day service, but they could tweak those corporate prices somewhat.

I actually got Mr. Rooter by mistake I thought I had contacted another vendor. It was the best mistake I have ever made. Jamie the technician was terrific. Very competent and committed to find the problem . The unusual issue was I had only 1 shower that did not work,, all the remailing water areas were. He was successful. I would definitely highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Jamie.

Had some folks from Mr. Rooter yesterday and they could not have been more friendly, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to explain what the issue was, why it was happening and recommend a solution. I can’t imagine calling anyone else for my plumbing or drainage issues in the future.

Came out the next day and walked us through the entire process. I didn't get additional estimates from other companies since our drain line was leaking and Mr. Rooter had great reviews. I suspect they were a bit more expensive than some other companies, but it was well worth it for their professionalism and the end result. Nate did most of the work and I've not seen a harder worker in a long time.

Dan did a fantastic job! He is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. We ran into a plumbing issue when remodeling our master bath. We need to have it fixed as soon as possible in order to complete the shower. I call Rooter Plumbing, on Sunday morning, and Dan showed up within 2 - 3 hours! The job was completed quickly. My husband and his friend was able start working on the bathroom again. Thanks Dan and Rooter Plumbing!

Nice guy. Listened to what we thought was happening with our plumbing and analyzed and came back with what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix. Also pointed out additional fixes for the now or the future if we wanted. He fix our plumbing problem and all worked out great.

So we called another place first and they cancelled on us late in the evening. My husband reached out to Me.Rooter they called us back the next morning and was able to get us a time on Sunday! We were very thankful as our hot water was out and water was spraying all over the basement! When Josh S arrived he was very friendly and knowledgeable! He was super sweet with our dogs which was a great sign for us! He found the leaking pipe and fixed it but the water heater was shot so he stayed late into the night on Sunday to make sure we had hot water! He then returned the next day to fix the sub pump which we knew was going bad! Overall very happy with the quality of work Josh did and how professional he was through the whole process! Also loved the drawing on water heater! Thank you Josh!!!

I had Jordan W out to our house today to fix what I thought would be a simple fix. The kitchen sink stopped draining last night; we've had slow drain issues leading up to this the past 2 weeks. I thought it was a simple clog in the pipe under the sink or the disposal.
Jordan ran the water, looked at me and said it needs to be snaked.
I agreed stepped back and he went at it...he snaking the drain for a solid hour and we still had no results...two hours, still nothing he made a call to a supervisor, Jason, aka Superman. Jason came right over and the two of them spent another hour snaking the pipe. I started thinking the worst, and imagined us having to cut out drywall in our finished basement to fix the issue. And then it happened!! They broke through the clog!!! 3 1/2 hours and 25ft in... they did it!!
All good now...Jordan was amazing. His professionalism and polite manor was top notch...not to mention his patience. Calm and cool the whole time...Jason was awesome, walked in and discussed the issue with Jordan for a few minutes...and they went at it together!
I appreciate the teamwork they demonstrated and the never give up mentality. I am 100% satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Jordan W. and Jason for any plumbing needs.

The plumber, Joe Priest, is a knowledgeable, nice professional with good advice on how to fix or replace plumbing items. I had a number of plumbing issues and needed replacements including a kitchen faucet and a toilet in the main bathroom, too. He did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your plumbing fixes and replacements!

Derrick came today and tested my backflow device in my home. He was extremely professional and answered my questions with knowledgeable answers. Very courteous and made sure to explain everything he done or was doing. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone with plumbing needs. He also has me scheduled for my next annual testing so its one less thing I need to worry about scheduling. The text message updates showing who my technician was and when he was on his way was great! 5 stars from me! Thank you again Derrick!

I had an emergency issue when one of my water pipes burst after the large amount of rain that happened recently. Dan and Justin came out and helped our a lot. The damage ended up being extensive and needing alot more work than initially thought. It being right in the middle of my work week made things much more difficult. However they stepped up and got me back to working order, as well as giving me a very reasonable idea of what else I could do to upgrade some other things in my house that I wasn't sure about. I'll be working with them again when it's time to update a few other things in the near future.

I had the pleasure of working with Charlie from Mr. Rooter. It was a great experience all around. From the timely manner everything was taken care of to the cost layout to the completion of the work. Would 10/10 recommend.

Brian was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to resolving our issue. He was patient and persistent and very thorough. He worked his butt off and kept us posted along the way! Excellent plumber!

Bryan priest and the other gentleman that was with him explained everything to me they gave me a good price. They helped me would not have to pay a lot to get my drain unclogged really nice respectful guys. I will be using them again to finish up fixing up my draining system.

I was very disappointed with Mr Rooter. I made an appointment February 1 at around 10:30 or so, and was told a Tech. would be at my home in the afternoon, but no Tech or no calls. So I called again about 5:30 to Mr Rooter of Columbus and was told to keep my phone with me and dispatcher would be calling. So at 11:00 pm I went to bed with my phone NO CALLS. So Monday I called and was told a technician would here between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm still no call and no Technician, so I called again about 4:30 was told tech couldn’t find Lot# 1 at 13380 Tenny Road Mt Sterling Ohio my address. Was told they were sending another Technician Josh my way. Josh got here at 4:55 pm, Josh Salmons was wonderful, gave me an estimate, and started his job promptly and done his job very well! But unfortunately couldn’t get the frozen water line fixed. Again Josh Salmons is a great Technician, and done his job well. But I was still left with no running water! Mr Rooter of Columbus charged me 159.29 I believe that I paid.
Now as far as your I booking appointment assistance, it seems the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Not being mean just informing you like you asked! It is know Tuesday February 3rd. Still no water, but again Josh did his best! But GOD BLESS YOU

Good man did the work! Was very thorough. He did a nice neat job! The only downside was too expensive.

Great experience. Plumbing technician, Jarod was great with communication letting me know well in advance when he was arriving. I had originally asked for a quote on a cracked tank toilet. After he arrived and did his assessment of that crack in the tank that had been slowly growing, it was best to replace it. To my delight on a Saturday he had time to go get a new toilet from the hardware store come back and do the full installation, which was very convenient. We discussed what kind of commode and he made a quick trip to get it and was ready to do installation. By the time he was done, he had removed the old one replaced it with the new one, new wax ring, tested everything to make sure it was good. Took the old one and all the packaging took care of everything. Left everything tidy. It was as if a magic Plumbing elf came by took out the old bad toilet dropped in a brand new one and you never know they were there. For the speed and the convenience of a Saturday morning, getting everything taken care of without taking time off work the price was well worth it. Thank you Jarod and Mr. Rooter
