This business has lots of military veterans who are highly professional and hard working. Their work is high quality and my input was always welcome when changes to the original plan was necessary. I would highly recommend this business for all your remodeling needs.

The workers were fast, efficient, and clean and nice. Their buissness was good and worked with us and we were able to get a new roof i recommend this group.

My wife and I are super excited about our deck and Sun room addition, work started back in March, slow pace as of now, but they do EXCELLENT WORK when they're here working, I'm confident that I'll give 5 ⭐'s after completion.

Personnel representing this company made a very good impression during first meeting, specifically Mr. Quincy Barrett (one of the owners) and Mr. Logan Webster. The details, frequency of contact, disclosures, completion of the work, clean up after completion were all noted and are rated excellent by us. The work was completed in a very timely manner in spite of some unfavorable weather conditions.

Excellent service. A new roof was desperately needed. Although we were told it would be almost 2 months before the roof could be done, it was done much sooner.

The crew arrived first thing in the morning and had the old roof off in no time. A few hours later, the new roof was on and they were cleaning up and doing a scan to make sure no nails were missed.

The tornado did hail damage to my roof but the first insurance adjuster did not approve all the damages. This company went the extra mile contacted my claim adjuster and had a second insurance adjuster come back out. Insurance was only paying for half of the repairs but they took numerous pictures and after getting the complete job done convinced my insurance to cover my expenses. They help me recover all my out of pocket monies, plus did a great job.

Impressive bathroom remodeling services! The team at Crown Pointe transformed our old bathroom into a luxurious retreat. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch. Definitely recommending them!

We ordered the patio door in May 2022. They did not come to install it until Aug. 2.

The person that came to measure for the door, assured us that he would be the one to install the door, and that there would be no problems with our newly installed carpet. He was not in the team of installers that came by on August 2.

The installers put the latch plate in the wrong location so that the door would not latch shut properly. We had to call the company back to have the installer come back to fix this. In addition, the carpet by the door was buckled by the door and is not right.

In addition, the screen door they installed was not the correct size for the door they installed, and is unusable (it is about 2/3 the correct width). They claimed they did not have the correct one in stock, and that one would not be available until *late OCTOBER*. We also requested that they fix the carpet.

We have called them back several times in the past several weeks, with no response. This lack of responsiveness and delays in fixing their mistakes is very unprofessional.

Update: the account was not in my name. We've finally got the correct screen door installed

Everyone is very nice. However we have waited for months for our windows and doors. They arrive and they break our window and it was the wrong window. We have not heard an eta and winter is coming. The new patio door was installed and no keys provided. Work on the patio door is not complete. I’m very saddened by this process.

I’d solicited a couple bids on replacing my roof in the last few years but I wasn’t happy. Mel Johnson of Crown Pointe, came to my house to inspect my roof and submit a bid. He did more. He took photos. Explained my roof problems. Submitted a bid. Yes, I partially choked. This was my FIRST EVER roof. But, Mel Johnson now did two things that made the difference. He totally explained the roofing construction and the levels of quality in today’s roof replacement, and the changes and upgrades required by code changes in the last 40 years. . This was certainly NOT my Dad’s roof replacement. My other bids came with very inadequate explanations etc. Mel Johnson, also assisted me with my insurance company. As I said, this was my very first roof install. I needed support. Mel and Crown Pointe gave me a great product, great explanation, a great installation, many improvements to my home, and a great clean-up. I also learned a lot. Thank you Mr. Johnson and Crown Pointe. I hope to use you again!

I’m so happy and pleased that I contacted CROWN POINTE REMODELING, Quincy and his team have done a splendid job with my main roof and porch roof, they went above and beyond my expectations and I would gladly hire them again, and I have referred them to my neighbor and FaceBook friends. This was my first large project and Quincy was wonderful, he made sure that I was informed, educating me during the entire process which made this such a pleasant experience. Everyone was so professional, on time every day and completed the project within the time frame that I was given. I especially loved that CROWN POINTE obtained the permits, provided proof of insurance and had all the legal things that you need your contractor to have. This company was amazing! From start to finish the experience was so good. Everyone was kind and helpful. They did a great job explaining the products. They were able to get me on their schedule really quickly. The install went really well. And the day after the install the owner himself was at my house inspecting the job and checking in to see how everything went. A very family friendly and honorable company and the job they did was outstanding. They also forgot to quote something to me and installed it free of charge since it wasn’t on the quote. Such a fantastic experience all around. Thank you!!

Crown Pointe just saved the day!!!! From the start, every representative I worked with was amazing. My roof was leaking due to hail damage and they were able to get the job done quickly, professionally and walk me through every step. It's not every day that a company really takes the initiative to be a true advocate for the customer but they did a better job of that than anyone could have asked or expected. I could not recommend Crown Point more. My only disappointment is that I can't give them more than 5 stars. It is so nice to let the weather do what it does while sitting in the comfort of my home, smile broadly and just say ahhhhhhh!!!!! Thank you!!

Willie Williams at CPR took our siding insurance job on as if it were his own. He met me at my convenience, dealt with our insurance, and got our claim to where it needed to be after the 2019 tornado after our first attempt at having a contractor help us failed. CPR was reccomended to me by the 3 different building supply warehouses around Dayton, and it was for good reason! He came out with our siding samples of our in a foot of snow! Then he seamlessly handed us off to Quincy as our project started. Quincy the owner was our project manager, he verified the correct building materials were on site and that the trades doing the work had no issues with what they needed. We had two different types of siding put on our large 2-story house shake and double lap. CPR got the old siding off, wrapped our house (2004 build, wasn't house wrapped!!) and put both sidings up in 2 days. Clean up was spectacular. He also took care of our mortar-less stone install across the front and made sure everything went together great.

Your not going to beat Willie and Quincy''s personal touch and how they care for your project just as much as it was their own.

Highly recommend! CPR is honest, trustworthy, reliable and did a FANTASTIC job getting a new roof on our Covington home. They made the process so easy. Our field inspector, Hunter, even came by during install to check that everything was good and that we were happy. Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with. Good quality products but trying to get in touch with someone is impossible. Took more than three months to get our door installed. Tried numerous times to find out where our door was. No return phone calls or answer of emails. Now we discover it is still missing pieces. Husband called and left messages. Did have two people call and agree we were missing pieces and said they would get on that right away. A week goes by and we hear nothing … another phone call. They are supposed to come today to finish our door (original installation 7/19) … we shall see.
