If you’re looking for a professional HVAC technician to put in your favorites contact, Matt Ellison is the person for that. I had my gas shut off by Duke after smelling gas in the house on one of the coldest nights we’ve had so far this year. Matt arrived that evening and was able to trouble shoot the problem, turn on one of my units so we wouldn’t be without heat that night, and informed me what the actual problem was. He took pictures of the issue, sent them to the office that evening so the materials could be ready the next day. The next day he came back and took care of the rest. He was very patient (I had many questions) and reassuring. He was also very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I plan to use Matt for all future HVAC related issues.

Andrew was my technician and I thought he had done a great job. Friendly, honest, professional and kept me informed as he worked. I was especially surprised when he said that he did not feel that the heat exchanger needed cleaning. Both of my experiences with National have made me glad I switched to them.

Austin was very nice and fully explained what he did and why.

As a result of routine maintenance it was noted that the igniter on our furnace was failing. The estimate was sent promptly. Once I approved, the part and scheduling was prompt and easy. Austin Newman was on the call both times. Did a great job and even took the time to chat with me about his experience as an HVAC installer and now HVAC service rep. Good service and very personable.

Kevin came out to my Mothers house to do a cleaning he was thorough and honest and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and recommended some good ways to keep the system in good shape.

We started with Nelson, and are happy with the continuing good service from National. We have a service contract. Our recent furnace service was easy to schedule, and the technician (Kevin) was on-time, professional and explained everything very clearly. Excellent service- thanks!

Chad and Austin did a very good job when they came out and serviced my air conditioner and I was very pleased. On my next appointment I would like those two to come out. Thank You Very Much.

The whole National Heating & AC team was really great. From scheduling, answering phones, coordinating, etc....all of it. The whole process was wonderful; all led with kindness and integrity. Something we need more of in this world.

Kevin Gaines with National Heating and Air was out for routine maintenance on our furnace. A couple of issues were identified and Kevin was able to get back on the same day with parts and took care of the issues.
