Keith Brockman and Branden Meadors were absolutely wonderful. They installed our new heat pump with no fuss or mess and answered all our questions in a simple and practical way. I can hardly believe how painless it was to have a new system installed. Of course, our existing ductwork and electric service were adequate to this much more powerful and efficient unit than our previous one, but even so I think it was Keith and Branden who made this transition so easy for us. Their professionalism left us with a lot of confidence in our new system.

Jonathan has been doing excellent work for us for many years, twice annually. We are always glad to see him and feel confident that our geothermal system is in good hands.

Chad did a wonderful job today on repairing my boiler furnace. My 2nd floor was cold and now working great. Thank you

Kevin was great: professional, friendly and did a great job serving my furnace, even noticed that I needed to replace my humidifier filter which had signs of mold. Hoping we get him again in the Spring when it’s time to service our AC unit!

Jonathan does a great job of keeping the customer informed and explaining everything he did and why he did it.

I was not able to be at home due to being at work. Normally I like to be there when work is performed at my home. My wife was there to interact with Jason Griffin who was the service tech.He was there to give my AC unit a tuneup.
When I arrived home my wife told me how friendly and knowledgeable Jason was. He told her everything that he was doing from beginning to end and explained everything in a way that makes sense to the avg person. He gave her recommendations on what to do for the best performance of our AC unit. It makes me fill good to know that this company has a good employee that is not trying to sell the homeowner everything under the sun or make pushy sales. Though I didn’t meet Jason I wanted to Thank him and I will be calling on calling this company again for future heating and air service. Hopefully we can request him for service.

Tech Jonathon Eaves has provided quick and honest service on two separate occasions. Appreciate his service and integrity.

Matt came after hours to fix my furnace, which had stopped working during this freezing weather. He was courteous and efficient, and got my furnace back up and running. Thank you, Matt!

Chad was early and did a thorough inspection and tuning of my gas boiler. He was courteous and professional. I would prefer to use Chad for future service calls.

Matt was great! He immediately fixed the leaky humidifier and then was able to service all of our furnaces while he was here. He did a wonderful job!

Ethan was fantastic!! He eased my mind because a lot of stuff has been going wrong lately. I even signed up for. A maintenance service because my unit is pretty new and I want to keep thanks again.

Also the issue was a crack in pipe small one that he quickly found and is still under warranty so it will be fixed soon

Matt Ellison did an excellent job of diagnosing our radiator boiler issues. He was very methodical, thorough and knowledgeable. We were impressed with how quickly he showed up at our door ready to help, and how nicely he answered all of our questions.
