Chad was amazing! Very genuine and thoughtful. He even told me to personally let him know if the furnace kept working after his fix because he wants to make sure he delivered on what we needed before the storm. What a guy!

I own a large, 200-year-old historic home, and the previous owners had unfortunately neglected the routine maintenance on the boiler. I was facing several different issues as a result, but Chad was absolutely fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and methodical in correcting every single problem.
I was particularly impressed by how upfront they were with the pricing. The costs were very fair, especially given the complexity of a historic home. They even took the time to show me how to perform basic preventative care to avoid future breakdowns. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them for my annual service and routine maintenance from now on. -
Jonathan Eaves was very kind and helpful. Checked out system and was able to fix a small issue quickly and also explain how we can prevent the issue from reoccurring. Wonderful service right before a large snow storm!

My hvac company told me I needed a new compressor after it stopped warming my home as much as it used to. I called Kevin Gaines of National Heating and Air. After diagnostics and visual inspection, I discovered unattached wires and an incompatible capacitor were the reasons for my problems. After these issues were corrected, my house heated up quickly, just as it used to. I was happy to feel the heat again and relieved I did not have to worry about the expense or inconvenience of replacing my compressor. Thank you much, Kevin.

We couldn’t be more pleased with Kevin’s services this week. He assessed the problem for us on Sunday and had our heat pump back up on Wednesday. Kept the temperature needed in the furnace mode in between. We’re in Florida most of the year, so we’re totally dependent on his skills. Our thanks to Kevin for a great job.

Kevin Gaines is awesome. He’s friendly and so competent. He answered many questions I asked about the furnace. I had questions about the water heater as well and he went the extra mile to send pictures & get answers from the proper person. I will definitely sign up for their furnace checkups and will ask for Kevin for the visits. I’m sold in the company thanks to Kevin!

I had a mini split (Daikin) installed by them a less than a year ago. In January, it stopped working. I called and they sent a tech out. He didn't really know what was wrong, so he ordered parts and planned to come back early in the day once they arrived.
Maybe a week or so goes by without any word from them. I call and the receptionist says she will find out what's going on and get back to me. She never does. I call every week, hear the same from her and never a call back Finally I have a man call on my behalf and they suddenly have the parts and an appointment to fix the unit.
It's working now, but the customer service is terrible. I bought the unit, own my house, pay for everything because of my own hard work. it shouldn't take man's voice on the phone to get a decent response from this (or any) company.
Look elsewhere, especially if you're a woman.
edited to reply to owner's response: yes, the tech did tell me when they expected the parts, but there was no verification of this. and his original assessment of the problem was correct, and fixed with the awaited parts. that was good.
but when i called, the receptionist told me every time that she would call back with more information, and she never did. this is the problem, not the length of time it takes to get parts. when the man called on my behalf, his complaint was attended to. my concerns were not. this is a customer service problem of which i speak. and if you promise a call back, then call back. -
Had to pay for warranty work on 2 year old furnace installed by this company or wait days.
