James was efficient and informative when he cleared our clogged pipes. He was upfront with pricing and finished the job within an hour showing up.

Responded quickly, assessed the issue and developed a plan to correct the problem, and did it. They were punctual and professional, made sure they left no mess, and made 100% sure the issue was corrected before departing. And the best part, they were far, far more reasonably priced then another plumber with a long, unpronouncable name! Highly, high recommended!

Good experience. Matt arrived one day after I called. It was very expensive to simply snake a drain ($309). The problem was resolved very quickly.

I needed a plumber. I saw an ad/coupon in the Val Pak. I looked up Blue Ash plumbers.… Felt confident they were a good company after reading reviews so I called and spoke with Maya. She was very helpful. They were quick to respond to my schedule. James came And very efficiently assessed my needs took care of my clog left everything as it was even better cleaned up some of my mess. He noticed my sump pump head come disconnected, so he took care of that for me as well! He went beyond the call of duty…I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, James!!!

Had a toilet leak and fill valve go bad all at the same time. Called Five Star Plumbing about 7:30 am and they had a plumber at my house at around 12:30 pm. Very good response time. Very happy with that. Guillermo Rubke was the plumber. Very polite and professional. He looked at the problems and told me just what needed to be done. Very knowledgeable when it came to providing the solution to my problems. He walked me through the parts that would be needed and showed me the estimate so I would know what the cost would be. I accepted that and he went right to work. Had it all done in about an hour. Very impressed with this company. I recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

I own a bar around the corner from them, called The Belle and The Bear, I called them last minute and explained that my men’s toilet wasn’t working and without a working toilet I couldn’t legally open, they switched things around and did everything they could to make it happen and they did! They had an amazing technician Aaron come out and fix everything quickly and precisely. They were all so kind and thoughtful from the moment the lady answered the phone to the goodbye from the Aaron. I was so incredibly impressed with this company and extremely thankful to them. They go above and beyond and that is very rare these days. Well done!

Just by answering a call, this business helped us so much. We didn't end up going any further but a tiny bit of expert advice saved us so much time and money. When we need this service in the future, we will absolutely be calling this company!

Came out an hour after a phone conversation, took 2 hours and did a great job. Was really detail oriented with laying down towels and removal of old heater as to not cause any damage. Really recommend these guys.

Our water heater died on Friday morning, so we were prepared for a few days of cold showers, at minimum. There are two types of water heater quote install/models out there. One model is that a company will accept a photo of your space and give you a quote over the phone or online and then put you in a waiting queue for however long they're backed up to do the install. The other is that they'll insist you schedule and pay for a home visit, and they'll give you your quote. Sure they'll take the cost of the estimate off of your eventual payment, but you've got time and energy sunk into the visit. I suspect they're hoping you'll pay for a slightly inflated quote in order to mitigate your "sunk costs." Just Water Heaters is different. We took a bunch of online/phone quotes and found that we'd have to wait until Wednesday for an install. And we flat refused to do the home-visit-hostage model. On Saturday morning, we called Just Water Heaters and after sharing some photos of the space, we received a quote by text message. It was completely in line with all of the companies that wanted to install the next week. But JWH offered to do our install on that very Saturday. They showed up at the time promised, with precisely the water heater we wanted, and finished at the time promised. The work was incredibly professional and tidy and completely stress-free for us. It was truly one of the best home repair experiences we've had in a decade. I cannot recommend Just Water Heaters highly enough. It's a great business model that fully delivers on its promise.

Once again, the service provided by Just Water Heaters owner, Dale Becker, has exceeded expectations. He has been there for us for the past 20 plus years. I asked him to check out my 8 year old water heater. After review he said (knowing I would do whatever he recommended) that it looked fine and did not need replacing. He did notice some leaking on my copper piping. He fixed this and gave me advice on how to extend the life on my water heater even further; proving further how absolutely honest he is. And his pricing on the pipe fix was very sympathetic to my budget. Dale is a person who demonstrates the highest level of integrity, the highest level of knowledge and the highest work ethic. All of which make him and his company a rare find indeed.

Just Water Heaters is great service company , I was recommend from my friend , since my water heater leaking need to replace one as soon as possible. I was looking couple hardware store everybody know who they are. The installation is way higher price and too much phone call to make. Just Water Heater made One phone call tell him what model I like and he picked up and installed less than 24 hours. The Great job great experience to install my water heater perfectly. Responsive, professional, punctual. I was given a quote the same day I called. Communication was excellent. They removed and hauled away the old gas water heater, put all new connections on when they installed the new water heater. I feel like the cost was a great value for the quality of the new water heater and the great service. I highly recommend this business.

Fantastic service!! Water heater went out in the afternoon, they came out first thing the next morning and had it replaced in a few hours! Friendly, informative, and great quality work.

Dale was quick to respond to my voice mail, understood the situation we were in, communicated thoroughly from first contact th end of the replacement… he held to his price as quoted, got in and got out.

There is a piece of tape that i put on my new hot water heater with his number on it so in however many years when it needs to be replaced, i don't need to search for it. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
