Reviews of local pros in Blue Ash, Ohio

Dale is very professional and he does a great job! I got a few quotes and Dale was the only company that had a perfect 5 star rating and he offered a great price. If you’re looking for an honest contractor, Dale is your guy!

Dale is a true and honest professional. Compared to other companies, his prices were the most fair and his approach was clean, timely, and he made sure I understood every step of the process, even working with my home warranty company without issue. I would give him ten stars if I could. I would recommend Dale and Just Water Heaters to anyone in need of the product. Thank you Dale!

Fair price and elite service. Don't hesitate to call immediately if your water heater goes out.

Dale was at my house on a weekend less than an hour after I called him. He had us back up and running in less than two hours. He also pointed out some potentially harmful issues with our chimney to keep an eye on going forward. Will recommend to all friends and family.

Dale was great. Responded quickly to the call and the price was very reasonable. Installation was smooth and first class. Would recommend them to anyone in need of a water heater replacement!

On time. Quality work. Transparent pricing. I couldn't be happier and will refer them often!

Rapid replacement, clean work and very pleasant service. Highly recommend. Support this local business.

Dale was very knowledgeable and professional. His price was far better than other estimates we received.
He arrived on time and the job was completed in a few hours.

Dale will have my business for years to come! Dale was able to provide me with an estimate over the phone for an urgent fix when I found out our water heater was broken on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON, he came out SATURDAY MORNING and replaced our 20 year old tank. My family is so thankful for his expediency and he demonstrated that he takes great pride in the quality of his work. I seriously want to give more praise to this guy, but there’s a character limit. He will have many more word of mouth references in the upcoming future!

If you need an immediate water heater installation (I would assume most scenarios) at a very good price, I would strongly urge anyone to consider Dale. He quoted me over the phone, much lower than any of the big boxes or full service plumbers I called before giving him a call. He installed it the very next day & let me say, it was a very tight space. You'll soon realize how experienced Dale is and the pride he takes in doing a "job well done"!

I had to have my water heater replaced same day. I received a call within minutes of inquiring and a GREAT quote. Dale was at my house within the hour. And the price he quoted was the price I paid.
Thank you Dale!
Happy Customer

Dales' quick response and completion of work is highly appreciated and not as common as it used to be. In addition, this super service came at a competitive price. Also, his work was of a high quality. I will use for all my hat water heater needs.

Called him him about another plumber issue, was prompt to return call and answer my question. Will always recommend him highly

If I could give 10 stars I would. Trustworthy, thorough, honest, the work looks amazing.. very reasonable. I would allow them in my home alone. He just does great work!

If I could give Dale 6 stars, I would. He was transparent, communicative, excellent at his craft, and efficient. The pricing beat all other quotes I had received and he was also available to install the quickest. I would highly recommend Dale to all who need a water heater and would absolutely use him again. Thank you so much, Dale!

Experience with this company was great! I had a leaking water heater that needed replaced and Dale was able to come out with 12 hours of me submitting my claim and replace it. He was very upfront with pricing and it was very reasonable.
