I had a shower with low hot water pressure. After calling a plumber who couldn't find the problem come out I decided to give Action Plumbing a call because of the excellent reviews. Steve and Rocco came out and inside of 15 minutes found the problem. They also found a problem with the hot water tank that was a disaster waiting to happen. Steve and Rocco repaired the shower and replaced the the hot water tank. Now every thing works better than ever and is up to code. These guys are professional, honest, friendly and experienced. If your looking for a plumber save your time doing online searches and just call Action Plumbing. I highly recommend them.

We have had Steve and Rocko from Action Plumbing come to our house 3 different times for various plumbing repairs for our home that we bought last year. This included a new water heater, replacing the garbage disposal, replacing the sink drains, rebuilding or installing new toilets, and installing a new laundry tub. They were so helpful every time and very thorough with the work! Steve is very knowledgeable and always explained what work was being done, why it was needed, and took before pictures to show what things looked like. They were both very thorough, did great job with all these updates, and we really appreciate all the work they did to make sure it was done right! We would highly recommend them for any plumbing services and plan to continue using them for some upcoming bathroom remodels!

I have had two EXCEPTIONALLY great visits from Action Plumbing - both with same-day service (one was actually same-hour!!) Both times Steve took the time to carefully explain to me everything that he was doing and the repairs were made quickly and correctly. Truth be told, I've never used another plumbing service to compare against, but based on my dealings with Steve and Action Plumbing, I feel 100% confident that I'm working with the best in the business. We had our kitchen faucet linking . I call Action Plumbing they come out within a are hour installing a new faucet. Great customer service and a fair price I would recommend them to any one.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Jim the owner came out personally to quote a new hot water tank and not only gave a great price but a thorough explanation of some of previous owners DIY install issues. Due to this he again came out to do the install and help solve two other issues we discovered with drainage in my basement.

I absolutely recommend using him for any of your plumbing needs. His experience and knowledge is unsurpassed! I know I’ll be using Action Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

I’m sorry to say that after being highly recommended, our experience wasn’t favorable. Called, scheduled a service a week later at 9am with Matthew. On the appointed day, called at 10am asking if I was on the schedule as no one had yet arrived or called. Received a call back from Jim, asking what I needed. When I explained the circumstances, rudely said Matthew has been out sick since the previous Friday, asked again what services I wanted. Asked if I’d be home, I said that was the plan..he’d try to get out there and would call when he was on his way. I agreed, but after hanging up thought better of it. Didn’t need attitude on the phone and certainly not in my home.
Called back to cancel, the gal was apologetic, saying she would relay the message. Jim called back, asking if I now didn’t need the services. I said no, he was rude on the phone call and I didn’t need that in my home. He chuckled and said “these knuckleheads are dumping a lot of work on me” I replied I was sorry, not my problem, take it up with your boss, and ended the conversation.
My Mom has used their services and was very satisfied, hence the referral. I’m guessing this isn’t the kind of customer service Action Plumbing, in its fifth
generation, wants to hear about.

Matthew from action plumbing came out to install 3 new toilet supply shut offs, Did a great job, Very professional and knowledgeable! Had everything he needed to complete the job, Will be calling again to install new toilets after Flooring installed.

I called Action Plumbing because our hot water tank was leaking. Jim came out the same day and took care of replacing the tank, gas line extensions, valves etc. He did a great job! We have used Action Plumbing several times about a year ago. Steve and Rocco replaced kitchen, bathroom and basement faucets and pipes. Replaced the main shut off valves among several other things. They are reliable and pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with their excellent service. They are the only plumbers we use.

Action Plumbing was quick to respond in solving plumbing and water issues. Our technician Jim was no short of excellent assessing our issue and providing recommendations to resolve all issues. His professionalism and customer service was great and I highly recommend Action Plumbing for your residential or business plumbing needs.

I called in the morning about a leaky valve on my toilet and I received a call back within an hour. They said they could either come out later in the day or no later than the following day. Later in the day I received a call from Jeff and he showed up 20 minutes later for the repair. He was very prompt, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Great Job Jeff and Action Plumbing!

I had Jeff out at my house on 4/30. Couldn’t be happier with the job he did. He very courteous and his workmanship was excellent. If I need a plumber again I’ll call Action Plumbing.

If you’re looking for a reliable plumber with reasonable rates and a great eye for detail, look no further. Jim was able to help us out with an emergency fix to our water heater pressure expansion tank a few months ago. We were impressed with his professionalism and integrity, so when it was time to replace the water heater, he was our only call. It’s such a relief to be working with someone we know we can trust to do a great job!

Jim has done excellent work on our sump situ, water heater, and other plumbing needs. He has high expertise, is thorough, and is always on time. I highly recommend Action Plumbing.

I had an issue that turned out to be heavy root blockage of the sewage line. Jim came out and cleared it in addition to repairing some piping at the cleanout in the front yard. He did all this for a price which I considered more than reasonable.

Even more, he had the integrity diagnose the issue fairly instead of trying to sell me on a sewer pipe replacement or other services to pad the bill.

If you need a plumber in the Cleveland area, you will not find one with more skill, experience, or integrity. I won't hesitate to use Action Plumbing again and to recommend them to my family and friends. Seriously, you can stop looking, this is the plumber you want.

Jim replaced my hot water tank today. He arrived early, and was very knowledgeable & professional -- I hope to have him back to do more work at my house (replace the vanity in our first floor 1/2 bath). I would definitely recommend Action Plumbing. He corrected a lot of work that the prior owner had messed up and pointed out other things that I might want to consider fixing in the future (for example, the prior owner had improperly vented the furnace).

We would just had Mathew replace our entire shower/tub faucet. He called on his way to the house, prompt on his time and was very professional and personable with us the entire time. Matthew didn't hesitate to answer any questions that we asked him.
We highly recommend Action plumbing but especially Mathew to do any plumbing jobs in the future.

Had Matt with Action Plumbing return for replacement of 3 toilets as he did a great job on supply line replacements. Matt was professional as usual. I would highly recommend Action Plumbing.

Called Action Plumbing for a slow draining kitchen sink and Matthew came out the same day. He checked everything out and determined the problem was in the main pipe in the basement, under the floor. He carefully moved our washing machine and tarped everything to protect our Nature Stone floor from getting dirty. He snaked (cabled) the pipe through the cleanout and fixed the problem. He also recognized a better way to pipe under the sink and took care of that as well. Matthew was very nice, very quick, and very helpful in answering questions and giving advice on keeping drains clear. The price was also reasonable considering what he had to do to clear the drain. I would highly recommend Action and Matt!

Matthew from Action Plumbing was excellent at my house!! He was very professional and repaired 8 gate valves on the manifold in the lower level utility room. He worked with a torch to melt the frozen ice off of an outside faucet!! He was careful and considerant while working here!! He thoroughly explained what he was going to do! We would absolutely ask for him again when we need help!!!

I called Friday for them to troubleshoot a leak (and they were going to come out same day) but I had to reschedule to the following Monday. Jim came out as promised and diagnosed the leak. Then my toilet had been malfunctioning for quite some time, so Jim replaced it. He was friendly, efficient and respectful of the property. He cleaned up and did a great job on the install. I'm definitely going to call them again for the second toilet replacement in the near future.

Jim contacted me within 1/2 hr of getting my phone call and I texted information about my existing hot water heater & he was able to replace it the very next day with one that was way more efficient. He was on time, so knowledgeable and no mess (even after having to make the area bigger to accommodate the new unit).
