Tim from Broadview Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical performed an inspection of my electrical system and found the system to be in good working order. He was punctual, courteous and answered questions I had. I have used Broadview for all my HVAC needs for many years and I recommend them highly. All of their staff, especially Tim, are the best in the business.

This is Deanna Leonardi and my son Carl called for me for service . On the coldest day blustery with snow and a Sunday Lenny came and put Priority on my premises because I had no heat . The ignitor stopped working . Lenny was the greatest service man very helpful and kind. He had the job done in no time and done perfectly. I would recommend Lenny and Broadview Heating to anybody. Broadview heating had a technician out to us within 2 hours of our call. Art was very personable, thorough with determining what needed to be completed to repair our furnace. Everything was repaired properly. He also checked to make sure the furnace was not emitting carbon monoxide. He cleaned the entire interior of the furnace including the burners and ignitor. We could not have asked for better service with Art on site and customer service getting the repair done quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

The technician Trent was fantastic! He showed up earlier than the time frame I was given earlier in the day when I made the appointment. He had my furnace running quickly. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend.

I had a maintenance check up done on the heater. Art was the tech and he was very friendly and did a thorough cleaning on the heater. He also let us know how things were looking. We’ve been using Broadview heating & cooling for years. They are a great company and we will continue to use them. Thank you guys for everything.

Unlike previous technicians from other companies who were unfamiliar with my specialized HVAC system, he immediately understood the setup and the issue. He resolved the problem promptly and also took the time to explain the system to me, including how to perform routine maintenance myself.
