Very efficient service; able to identify a reason for which my basement sump pump was not working - instead of doing an expensive panel change, they identified a bolt that was interfering with the braker, and is now working. The cost was just the diagnostic assessment. Very honest and reliable.

Ryan M was great. My heat went out on a Saturday. I called at noon, Ryan was out by 1PM, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was all done by about 1:45PM. Broadview Heating and Ryan were so very responsive and efficient, I can not believe my good fortune to have this problem resolved in less than 2 hours on a Saturday, right before a big snow storm. I wish I could give a higher rating than 5/5!

The BEST. Have used them for electric and HVAC work. Work is always high quality. 2h service window is extremely convenient. They went out of their way to help me when I had a furnace emergency and my wife was due to give birth. They got my loyalty!

I had a 40 year old furance Ray and Jacob installed my new one did a awesome job very polite they worked good together clean up was awesome I had a minor issue with a little noise when unit shut down I called they set a appt up right away to check it out Steven came out to check out the problem knew what it was right away had the part dropped off fix it and we are good to go everyone at broadview heating and air i came in contact with including office and sales manager were great! I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends!!!!

The tech was polite and nice. We told him that it threw a service code several times before he got here, however, he couldn’t get it to replicate.He cleaned the inducer hose and said if it returns he’ll replace a part that the service code indicated needed to be replaced. Here we are three days later and the furnace has failed again. We are very fortunate that it is not super cold yet. I really hope they will come back And put the replacement part in without charging us another service call.

Genuinely a masterclass in incompetencey please take your money elsewhere. Its impossible to get through to a human being and they will mess up your install countless times over the course of many months. Please stay away and avoid the hurt this company has done to my mental health and family. They installed a boiler wrong, lied to my family about what the services they could provide and the tech they could install and then charged us to fix the problems they created by fubbing the install of the boiler. Despicable money hungry people.

Dan is nice guy but that’s what you can expect from Broadview. I just pointed him in the right direction and he went to work! They were also very timely in getting my needs taken care of.

I've had Broadview service my HVAC system and replace/service our tankless water heater for the last 4 years.

Unfortunately, due to some issues from the last install they did, and after the conversation I had with their service manager, I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Be sure that when you pay $1500 for an install for an in-warranty unit replacement, they ACTUALLY install it properly. Mine required a follow-up $500 service to get the install right that I had to point out. After much discussion after the install, a discount was extended; however, it was still MY responsibility.

This gap was not present PRIOR to the 2025 install, and Broadview Heating was the one who installed the initial unit back in 2021 to begin with, and there were no gaps!

I appreciate the office employees who do such a great job communicating to you, helping us find the best timeframe and appointment.

We had trent as our service advisor he went over the furnace and he told us we could either fix it or get us a new one . There was no pressure of getting a new one he let us make the decision. since the furnace was 23 years old, we went with the new one. Set up the appointment for Monday morning. We had jacob and ray do the installation. They both did an awesome job. Left the area cleaner then it was. we will be calling broadview heating for all our services

The technician Art arrives as scheduled. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained what the problem was with my furnace and explained my options. Made sure I understood any safety concerns with the furnace and what to look for in the future to stay safe. I appreciated his concern for our safety and would highly recommend Art and Broadview heating

Roger did a great job checking and servicing our furnace and hot water tank. He explained what services he provided. He messaged when he was on the way and was on time. I would highly recommend Broadview Heating and Electrical.

Great company. Matt provided an estimate and spent over an hour estimating the BTU size of the furnace and heat pump by considering the insulation In the walls and ceilings and what type of windows in my home. He suggested that if I go with the high efficiency heat pump instead of air conditioner, I could get a $2600 credit on my 2025 taxes when I file. In fact, the tax credit on the heat pump resulted in the same price if I installed an air-conditioning unit. Technicians Jacob and Ray were very professional and explained everything to me about the new Rheem high-efficiency furnace and the high-efficiency heat pump acting only as an air-conditioning unit. I would highly recommend Broadview Heating for their attention to detail, professionalism and expertise. They are a Veteran focused company and provides discounts for veterans.

We contacted Broadview Heating to come out and check out our boiler system heater.
( we recently spent six thousand dollars with another company which never did repair the heating system . The company who I choose not to name will be reported to the BBB. The other company gave us two more estimates of an additional six thousand for repairs or eighteen thousand for a whole new system.
Roger from Broadview Heating came this morning, preformed an assessment, and came to the conclusion that an outdoor sensor needed replaced. (Pennies compared to what we thought)

Roger was awesome. Very prompt!! Explained everything, showed me picture of things he saw! We had an issue arise day before appointment and he addressed it and fixed it!

The LO PRESSURE indicator was resolved, however after returning home from work that same day Trent was out working on my furnace, I noticed I now have a HI PRESSURE indicator issue with my furnace. Since there is no one available from the office to speak with during the weekend, I’m not sure what should be done to protect my furnace from possible further problems until I am contacted on Monday. Concerned.

I am very pleased to have received a complementary checkup of my heating system in accordance with Broadview Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical's Furnace Checklist. Steve, the Technician, arrived promptly in the morning and was a pleasure to work with. Steve cleaned the furnace, completing all tasks outlined in the Checklist and determined that my furnace is working properly. Excellent service and customer relations.
