Great company. Had a furnace with no heat and they were able to come out within a few hours and had it working within 30 minutes. Reasonable pricing. Very kind. Small business. Would totally recommend.

Best HVAC company in Cleveland! If I'm having any trouble with my heat or A/C, I would not hesitate to call these guys. Super friendly and very professional service. These guys know their stuff, and are also very reasonable, which is hard to find now a days.

These guys are the best at what they do. Super impressed when they came into my sister's house and installed a furnace and AC all in one work day. If there were more stars I would give them all if the stars. Highly recommend for any HVAC issue you may be experiencing big jobs or small.

So glad that we chose Circle K Heating and Cooling. Communication was a breeze, called me before arriving like I asked, and showed up right on time. Anthony was courteous, respected our home, and took care of servicing our furnace quickly. He went above and beyond and took care of some loose duct joints while he was here and even gave me a very reasonable quote to add a whole home humidifier and an AC upgrade. We'll definitely be calling to have them come do that work in a few months. Can't recommend them enough!

Our A/C broke after 23 years of use and could not be repaired. I called Anthony to get a quote on a whole new HVAC system and he quickly sent one over. He was also very reasonable compared to the other quotes I got. He was able to get it installed much sooner than other places and was blown away by the installation. Anthony and his crew were professional, clean, and meticulous with every detail. I highly recommend this company and like they are a family-owned business in the area.

I cannot speak highly enough about Anthony at Circle K Heating and Cooling! Over the summer 3 days before I was due to go in for a c section our AC was having issues. Anthony came out right away, gave us our options between repair and replace and came back the next day to install the new AC unit. He was professional, honest (we had another company come out and give us false information), knowledgeable, and prompt.
This week our heat stopped working and he came out right away, found the problem, and fixed our heat for an amazing price. We have a new furnace installed by another company less than 2 years ago and he explained how our warranty actually worked (the company that installed the furnace tried to dodge the warranty on this furnace). I will always use this company going forward and highly recommend using them if you need help.

My 20 year old furnace quit working again. Of course I called Circle K. I've been using them for 10 or 12 years now, since I discovered them when I operated my business. They are always quick to respond, always explain the problem and solution and always do a good job for a very reasonable price.
