Reviews of local pros in Broadview Heights, Ohio

I am pleased to write a glowing review for Anago, who has provided outstanding service to our apartment community.

From the initial consultation to the daily cleaning services, Anago has been extremely professional, reliable, and efficient. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that our community is clean and well-maintained. SHOUT OUT TO OUR CLEANER, JOE!

I highly recommend Anago to anyone who is in need of cleaning services for their apartment community. They are a reliable, efficient, and professional company that truly cares about the work they do and the customers they serve.

Anago has been cleaning our facility for almost 10 years. Val and his team do an excellent job and have great attention to detail. Val is does a good job of communicating and is very responsive to our needs. Alex is our area representative and checks monthly to make we continue to receive great service.

Anago Cleaning Systems is always there for me, and that means more than I can put into words. No matter what comes up, I know I can rely on their support and consistency, which gives me such peace of mind. What truly makes the experience special, though, are the people I work with every day. They’re incredible, caring, hardworking, and always making the workplace a better, brighter place to be. I’m truly grateful to Anago for over a decade of collaboration, support, and dedication.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Basically told us our account wasn't big enough to matter. If I treated our patients this way, we would be out of business. I had to pay my staff to clean our facility when I was paying this company to do the job. The "CFO" is completely condescending and rude to their customers. If she were representing my business she'd be fired. My advice? Run.

Love these guys. Needed cleaning service for my office and they were professional from the start. Highly recommend.

Chloe and Amanda were amazing! Everything is so clean! Every. Single. Surface. And everything smells so fresh! And the floors! (I'm kind of obsessed with the shine on my floors.)
DeAhnah and Linda were great this week! Not only are the floors beautiful (again with the floors, I know), but they even replaced the towel under our cutting board.
Beautiful job again this week. Thanks Madie and Andrea!

Today was an amazing clean by Hayley & Sarah! They organized the top of my night stand, put the decorative pillows on the bed and even brought in our delivery from the porch. Above and beyond today. Thanks so much for still wowing us after being customers for so long!

We have used the Cleaning Authority for over three years now and have always been satisfied with their work. They are conscientious and have great cleaning habits. We feel wonderful returning to a CA cleaned home and living in it! They arrive consistently on time as scheduled. We receive reminders from the office, a nice courtesy. They are flexible and have always been met our needs. I recommend your trying them out.

Shay and Tori were here today and did a Fantastic job cleaning our home! They worked efficiently together and it was Tori's first time here. It's great to have good, kind folks here and we appreciate your bright smiling faces.
Thanks very much.

Just had my house cleaned by (aka) Brittany Spears and Audrey Hepburn. These ladies did a great job cleaning my home. Beyond that they are very personable and kind.

Great and thorough cleaning of my home by Linda and Jessica
Please leave them as my regular crew

Excellent Services. Both Marilu and Alison are very professional yet friendly and very detailed in their cleaning services. Prompt and they always do beyond what is expected!!

Cathleen and Natalia did an excellent job! We only want them to clean our home! Now! Thats because they clean everything! & not just the big items! We are appreciative of all they do!

We really appreciate all that Cathleen, Natasha. And an occasional lady who cleans too! They all do an excellent job!

So impressed with this company! The best cleaning service I’ve ever used! Lexi and Sarah and Hayley make my home look and smell amazing. Leann, the manager, is prompt with replying to questions and emails. Overall, an extremely professional, thorough, and top-notch service!

We've been using the service for about a year now and it continues to be such a great way to keep my home nice!

Lisa, Liz and Tori are wonderful! They’re so kind and thorough. I love when they’re my team and love the clean house. They put their extra attention into that rotation’s area, but the other areas are not neglected. They go beyond the surface level.

We've been using The Cleaning Authority for almost 3 years now and I can honestly say this was the best decision I made as a full-time working mom. Cleaning the house is one less thing I have to worry about and they always do an excellent job. Shout out to our team of Shay and Marilu who are awesome! In the 3 years we've only had one issue with the cleaning (it was not our usual team) and management took care of it promptly. Great team and company to work with!

Taylor and Allison are the best! They leave my house so clean. I wouldn’t go with any other company! Thanks you for being so thorough.

Alison & Marilu did an amazing job. Paid close attention to details. I have recommended them to all my friends & family.

I’m so impressed with Marilu and Alison’s performance. They are the absolute best and very kind. Thank you for your service. I will definitely recommend you guys to the next person!!

Cleaning Authority Broadview Heights has been cleaning my house for many years. Today i had Ava, Olivia and Sara. They did a great job. They even found a pair of my prescription glasses that i have been looking for for about 2 months. Made me so happy😊

Teresa and Carol are such a great team! Our house is always sparkling and smelling great when they are done! Our 2 dogs and cat enjoy seeing them every 2 weeks as much as we do!
