This was the 5th time that we had Dan Norsic clean our carpets. He has always been on time, friendly, cooperative & a pleasure to work with!

Did not come on the day promised. Gave us a quote did not honor that quote. Carpet cleaner had broken wheel. Did not move furniture. Do not use them.

We just moved into an old house, and found Cleveland Steamer on Groupon. They did a great job! The carpet looks great!

Did a nice job.
My only problem was being told that I owed $20.00 "mileage charge" after they had completed the cleaning.
Other than that, they did an OK job.

Carpet looked really good. Ended up costing an add'l $33 for the stairs and hallway. Since the rooms are so small I thought the hallway would be free, but it wasn't.

They did a really great job on my carpet it looks wonderful. Very nice guys and got the job done. Thank you again

Just had carpet & apolstry done. .. staff was on time, knowledgable, recomended an encapsulator/deotorizer for pet used rooms & completed in timely fashion. ... moved furniture as needed( had everything off tables, dressers, etc...)

They showed up with 2 guys. One chubby guy with glasses and another that looked like he smoked his breakfast. The carpet came out half assed but i was told that's he best they could do;Sorry. The skinny crack head stole 2 rings when cleaning my bedroom and to add insult. He drained his dirty tank water into MY YARD. I called the Solon police department and I was told to call company first and make a report. When I called, I was yelled at and called a liar and hung up on by a guy named Dan. Dealing with police department now.

They have done my rental property and my main house and the results have been nothing short of amazing. Quality for the price is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Professional, friendly cleaners did the job quickly overall, yet very thorough. Helped move things, vaccuumed up daughter's stickers on carpet I had missed. I paid exrea for steps and deodorizing... We buy bebefect and it costs $34 per gallon. Recommend putting dehumifiers out as carpets in some areas still wet. Thicker carpets will mold before it dries. We used our steam cleaner to quickly soak up excess which was about 1.5 quarts over 4 rooms. Stairs were wettest but pur dehumifiers took care of it. Overall very happy as it saved lots of time.

They were pretty good. I feel like they maybe weren't at my house long enough to actually get the carpet 100% clean. I wonder what the water would look like if I went over it now with my own shampooer 🤔

They did do me a favor and came the next day but with all the positive reviews I thought they would have done a better job. We still have stains and the edges are still dirty. Not very happy.

Dan and his crew where great! a pleasure to work with. Will call them a couple times a year. Excited to hear they offer more than just carpet cleaning.

Dan was on time, efficient, respectful, and flexible. I did not have an outside water connection, but Dan was able to work around that issue. He and his associate did a thorough walk through of the home and focused time, energy, and resources on problem spots and stains on the carpet. The carpet looks great.
