Very happy with Cleveland Steamer. They were extremely kind and explained the process and what they were doing. My carpets look great, and they were very affordable. I will definitely be using Cleveland Steamer again and would highly recommend them.

Cleveland Steamer w as extremely flexible in scheduling my last minute need for carpet cleaning on one day's notice. Their technician, Dan, called in advance to say he was on his way and then arrived on time. He was extremely easy-going meeting our rather high-strung dog. Equipment setup went very quickly and Dan then tackled the job very efficiently. I had several questions for him which he answered patiently and with useful information. The job, done very well, was finished in short order. We are pleased with Cleveland Steamer and will use them again.

I had a mildew problem and I called around to many carpet cleaning companies and Cleveland Steamer was the most professional and affordable...I describe my problem and she schedule me for first thing the very next morning. Very unprofessional, I made an appointment with them to do my carpet, my appointment was at 1 it was about 12:30 they didn’t even call to say they are coming! I called around 12:35 to see if they’re going to come because I had moved most of all the furniture for them so they don’t have a hard time and he’s goes I had a flat tire which is understandable things happen so I’m like are y’all still able to come and he didn’t give me a straight answer of yes or no! So about an hour past and I call to check on them to see if they’re okay and if they’re going to come and he’s like the other team had something go wrong with the machine anyways they end up coming around 2 and it started getting the water ready from the sink he’s on his phone half the water is in the sink and half is going in to his bucket because he’s not paying attention and on his phone! Then he leaves his stuff in my house and says he has to go the machine isn’t working he’s going to get another machine it’s been about an hour and he didn’t come back so I call him and he’s like we coming I just have to go put gas which is frustrating coz it took him over an hour to come back and I had to get my kids from school so I just told him to pick his stuff up they’re out on the porch when you come coz I have to get my kids from school!

We bought a Groupon to have our carpets cleaned. I was a little leery because I couldn't find much info about the company on-line, but we couldn't have been happier with the results. Our carpets look like new, they even got out stains previous cleaners couldn't. They were prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Very fine service! I had a Groupon which was honored quickly. They also added another room (traffic area) for free. Very professional - carpet was dry in about 6 hours. Very happy :)

Wonderful company! I purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment immediately. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. We were so satisfied with the work that we've had Cleveland Steamer out for a second time - to clean upholstered furniture that had been exposed to cigarette smoke. They removed the odor and the furniture looks great!

Phenomenal job! I had some older pet urine stains and bad smell in my carpet by my senior dog and they got it out. Very nice and professional and great price. Already referred them to a co-worker. Will definitely use again!

Great service! I bought a Groupon to clean 5 rooms. They made scheduling easy - I was able to have them come within a week of calling. They communicated well, giving me a call 20 minutes before they arrived on the day of service. They did a great job cleaning the carpets; one room was especially stained and they made it look like new. I would use them again!
