Service has been outstanding. My lawn has done a complete 180 since switching from my previous provider. Grass stayed green throughout the summer, even during long periods without rain. I found them from a referral from a family member and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new lawn care provider.

These guys are the best. When I first bought my house, my lawn needed some serious love. Watering and doing my own fertilizing was not going to cut it. Lawn Matters was recommended to me by a family member and it was 100% worth it. My grass is fertilized 8 times a year, if you include aeration and winterizing. You would never know that they had been to your house if it wasn't for the sign they put in the yard. They always clean up behind themselves, and frequent watering has shown me that they are the company to stick with. They are also great with customer service. Any questions I have are answered right away, often in the same day. I look forward to doing business with these guys for as long as I live in this house. Keep up the great work!

I would have liked better communication and advice on what to do to make my lawn look its best, but in fairness I have used other lawn service companies before and Lawnmatters has out performed the others

Lawn Tech Matters has been a reliable service to us for years. If you ever have an issue after they are done fertilizing/weed control/aerating, all you have to do is contact them by email or phone call and they will respond quickly. If needed a person will come out and fix the issue to your liking. Ever have a question
they will answer you quickly with an answer or explanation.

Being very particular with my home and it's appearance, especially with the lawn and surrounding areas, I have had several so-called "lawn specialists". Unfortunately I continued to get service that did not meet the standards of proper care. Someone I respect as being meticulous with his home's outside appearance recommended Lawn Matters. I called and have been using them since. I am extremely pleased with the products used and the services rendered by all I have dealt with or have come into contact with from this company.

Since signing up for service with LawnMatters, our yard's look has improved greatly. Even my neighbors have remarked that our lawn looks great, and I have referred this company to them. They are very responsive. I trust them to go the extra mile and provide an extra service when a few weeds pop up.

I previously used a larger company and was constantly complaining about their service. I switched to LawnMatters on the suggestion of my landscaper. I figured I had nothing to lose. Now my lawn is one of the nicest on the street. I rarely have to call them, but when I do, they respond quickly. They are good at diagnosing problems and if it’s something they can treat, they do. If not, they refer me to someone who can. They are very professional and I have been very satisfied with their service.

LawnMatters is an excellent lawn service. They have taken very good care of my lawn. They have identified any lawn problems and have provided the correct chemicals to bring the lawn back. Last year I thought I had a problem with a invasive kind of grass. They came out and told me that I did not have the invasive species. There was no cost since it was my mistake. That shows what a quality service they provide.

After a customer for 4 years I had to cancel my service, since the company changed names from ultra lawn the service never seemed the same, we got off to a rocky start when the tech drove the machine on a swamp in my backyard in early spring, I was told the service manager would be out to look at the damage and fix it, fwd a month later no visits or phone call, I decided to fix it myself, I told them I would not be paying for the app and they did do right by waiving the charges, the second app was better although the tech (dan) for the last 3 years had a great eye for detail bc he knew how important my lawn was to me, the 2 techs this year didn’t have that sane eye for detail unfortunately, when I called about the nutsedge, they sent someone out the next day although said it would be an additional 60 dollars per year to treat it, prior years that was included in the service, I began to question did my lawn really matter to them or was it just about profits now, sure seemed like the latter, the communication was horrendous, with all this said I decided to cancel my service with LM and take my business elsewhere.

I started doing business with Lawn Tec, then they combined with Lawn Matters and that was 43 years ago when we purchased our home. When something works so well in every aspect, why change? We're very satisfied customers.

I was very unhappy with the lawn service I previously had. I asked a neighbor who he used and he recommended Lawnmatters. His lawn looks great. Any way I contacted Lawnmatters late in the season for the late fall aeration and fertilizing. The got me on the schedule and completed the job. So far so good. I will be using them next year.

Over the years we have used many different services to Maintain our lawn. All of them have led to disappointment. 3 years ago we found LawnMatters, and our lawn has never ever looked better.
