Easy to work with, flexible and came out quickly. Fixed the issue same day by running out to get parts and coming back, rather then scheduling for a second time out. Justin was professional and pleasant.

Extremely quick and expertly executed. They were able to come out within an hour for initial inquiry diagnose the issue with our LG fridge. The fix itself took less than a half an hour as well. So appreciative for the friendly customer service (thank you Nicholas!) and the quick resolution!

Very unprofessional service! I had an appointment scheduled for 1/2 and they gave me a window between 9am-11am the night before. I’m at at home awaiting service, when I receive a call at 9:19am, telling me the technician called off sick. Conveniently during my window of service, the tech is magically unavailable. This company obviously doesn’t value or respect their customers time. Additionally, they don’t operate under a system that works to ensure quality service. I’m beyond disgusted by how I was handled, as a customer. My appliance needs repair, I had an appointment scheduled, and Mr.Appliance didn’t honor the appointment. After speaking with Dan the manager and informing his of my disgust, he was unwilling to reschedule my apportionment. When I asked why, he noted, “if you don’t like how we do business, you can call an another company.” I’ll be contacting the owner of this company, to inform him how Dan and the technicians are doing business. If you are looking for quality service, DO NOT contact Mr.Appliance. The technicians are unreliable. The customer service is trash. Dan the manager is tacky, unprofessional, unqualified to do his job! If you’re searching for appliance repair…avoid this one!

We had a cooling issue with our refrigerator, and the company was able to send a technician out the same day. Communication was easy, as it was near 100% via text after my initial call. Daniel was the technician, and we appreciated his expertise in diagnosing the issue. He also was helpful in informing us that the issue is still under warranty, so that is saving us a lot of money.

Overall great experience. The team communicated very well. The technician, Anthony, was knowledgeable, honest and polite. He showed up during the agreed time. And we have a working oven again!

Sean was a very knowledgeable and courteous technician! He was prompt and even waited for me to arrive home for the appointment! Diagnosed our thermador dishwasher issue quickly and even notice a missing part we didn’t even realize and ordered it for us!

Fair pricing on parts and labor... silly that it was an extra charge to use their appliance table lift. (In wall oven repair).

I would expect a set charge for use of all tools etc in the work vehicle.

Great service & overall experience with having our washing machine fixed. Was notified of the time and technician who would be coming the day before, and received a phone call when he was on his way. Very professional and informative. Would recommend 10/10.

I have never hired anyone to fix anything, I believe homeowners should learn how to do most maintenance things. But my dishwasher was not draining and I knew that it was out of my skillset. I was able to book online quickly and easily. Sean arrived early, fixed my washer in less than 30 mins, and the cost was SO affordable!! I also really appreciated getting the name and picture of who would be coming to my house beforehand. So grateful and I will be back to book in the spring when I need more routine maintenance done.

Update 1/21::: Yesterday I sent the manager the picture of the damage the technician, Corbin caused putting back my dishwasher (See picture) I mean yes accidents happen and I just wanted to report it and maybe get it fixed. However, Today I received an answer. Corbin the technician did something so dishonest that I would never expect, he took a picture of a slightly damaged cabinet then damaged it worse and left with the corner piece of the cabinet. Then I took a pic of a more damaged cabinet when I reported it. Now the manager accused me of causing the damage. What a shame for not taking ownership of the damage you caused and covering it up by lying and accusing the customer for causing the damage just so you don’t have to take responsibility. These are new cabinets and why would I damage my own cabinets. Seriously!! I don’t even care about getting compensated!! How could this tech, Corbin do this is beyond me. It’s so sad!!! Such dishonesty!!!! So unethical!!!

Loved having Tony here. He is very nice and knowledgeable. He was also very easy to talk to. He answered any questions I had. I don't think he could have tested any other part he was very thorough. Would recommend Mr Appliance of Cleveland for repairs.

The technician was great he came in looked at my dryer and knew what was wrong he had the parts "unlike other repair companies" he got to work fixed my dryer and the repair was not that expensive, I would recommend them to family and friends, good job Anthony. Very pleased with his knowledge and work. Need more technicians like him.

Very Professional company. My furnace broke and they came out right away and estimated what needed to happen. Within days they installed a brand new furnace. Owner made several trips on site during the process. Love doing business with your company.

The guys were polite & professional. I had a new furnace & hot water tank installed, it was listed as a 1 1/2 day job, they had us up & running by dinner time the same day. I would highly recommend this company!
