Today was probably my best experience at Petittis Garden..knowledgeable, and nice! Who would of thought that that is the exception and not the rule. I left with exactly what I needed and am very pleased that this store opened.

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received today. I came in to have Becky repot two of my orchids and my jade plant and she did not smile or seem at all interested to help me. I havedecided to have them repotted with Christine at the Strongsville location and have already had a more positive experience with her on the phone.

This was my first time visiting the Brunswick location, and I was very happy with their selection. Kirby (I hope I’m spelling her name right) was beyond helpful and patient with me. She answered all of my questions and recommended a product to help keep my flowers looking their best until the end of their season. I wanted to leave a review because this type of assistance and service doesn’t really happen anymore. Thank you!

Recently purchased a patio table, umbrella and chairs and so happy with the look and quality. But the absolute best part of the experience was the friendliness, care and attention to detail I received from the delivery team. They set everything up for me and gave me a detailed overview of how to care for and use the products. They were over the top with diligence and care and took extra time to make sure I was satisfied. I was extremely pleased and highly recommend.

My wife follows Noelle of Petitti Gardens on You Tube so we planned a Trip to see one of their Garden Centers and visited their store in Brunswick Ohio. They have a wonderful selection and varieties of plants, trees, shrubs and literally everything for your garden including an amazing selection of lawn and patio furniture. With a very friendly and helpful staff, we were pleasantly surprised at how much this garden center had to offer. Be sure to check them out on you tube.

I was not going to write a review but since cancelling a month ago, I felt the need to say how awful their service is.

I signed up for yearly service for my lawn this spring. The first few treatments went well but then my technicians started changing. I caught them on multiple occasions simply putting a flag in my yard and not providing treatment. Other times they would only treat half the yard.

I called to cancel in the fall and they insisted on completing the last treatment, I begrudgingly obliged since they were going to refund the remainder anyways. The technicians only did half the yard again!

A few days ago, calls from all over the United States began coming to my phone, each with a different rep from TruGreen. They would either state they are about to recharge me for another year (had to cancel my card so they could not) or begging for my business back. I have requested each time to please not contact me, but the next day I have gotten a call.

My neighbor had similar issues last year and went with a competitor. His lawn looks better than ever at a fraction of the price. The times where TruGreen did service my yard, led to a subpar looking yard rife with weeds. I had to apply my own fungus treatments. I follow best cutting and watering practices. My yard still looked half alive and yellow.

Jake is a very polite, considerate technician. He explained what he was planning on doing and confirmed what was done at the end.

We had our first application by Tru Green this morning. Our technician Cole was very professional and friendly! Explained precisely what he did today. We're happy we chose Tru Green!!!

Great service! I talk to the lawn care guy for 10 minutes. questions were answered. I am glad he took the time to talk!

Cheryl W just did a free mosquito treatment. She was thorough and professional. She did the treatment because no one showed up last week although I had text messages saying the guy was here. I was home at the time he said he was here. No receipt was left at my house. No dogs barking. No sign of plants and trees being sprayed. The customer service call I made was handled poorly although the representative rescheduled a free treatment. Cheryl did a great service. She told me she was from the Elyria branch. I appreciate her travel time and her professional service towards me. She should be commended.

The representatives of Tru Green are professional on every level. They introduce themselves well, state their goal and value my input. I am looking forward to seeing great results with our partnership.

Hello...Joseph came today and did an aeration and overseeing done...looks good and he was very nice and knowledgeable...answered my questions and gave me tips!!! We'll done...

Trevor was wonderful! Customer service was wonderful. I was not able to be home to open my back yard for the original appointment so they rescheduled for my backyard to be taken care of. Trevor was kind and did a great job, was sure to shut my gate so my dog wouldn’t get out. Thank you so much!

Kenneth was quick and efficient! He left a detailed report of what he did, what issues he noticed along with his plan to treat those issues, and what to expect for our next appointment. Our lawn is already looking healthier than last year! Very satisfied!
