If I could give zero stars that is what this service is ... WORTHLESS! From the initial quote 02/19/2024 thru to the last lawn treatment 08/21/2024, TruGreen was the absolute worst. Every treatment the technician had to be reminded to actually treat the small section of grass in back yard & side tree lawn. For the record, I prepaid for all services. Every time they promised to make a notation to make sure that the back yard & side yard tree lawn would be treated and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME they failed to treat the areas unless I reminded them to. When I was not home during the treatment time they FAILED to treat the back & side yard lawn. The last time the technician stated that his supervisor told him specifically "only treat the front yard & front tree lawn, do not treat the back yard or side tree lawn." When the customer service rep calls, they thank you for your feedback and do absolutely NOTHING to help or correct their failure to provide services that you pay for. DO NOT TRUST TruGreen to do what you pay for or to do what they say they will do, HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Rick Mills treated my lawn. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was applying and the time it might take to see results. I was very pleased with his customer service.

TRUGREEN RESPONDED AND A MONTH LATER HAS NOT ADDRESSED THE ISSUE. TruGreen puts a warning sign on the lawn after treatment about how the chemicals may be harmful to pets or people. However, they don't equip their employees with a blower to clean off the sidewalk. I called their customer service but I don't think anything will be done. I'm concerned that the chemical pellets on the sidewalk will be picked up by my dog's paws or get stuck in my shoes. Also, chemicals in the street will end up in the storm sewers and create algae problems in retention ponds. A big company like TruGreen should be able to properly equip their employees to be able to quickly clean the chemical pellets off of any hard surface to prevent these issues.

Eric Lane was my service technician today. Do to a landscaper on my pro when Eric arrived, he said he would be back later today. Eric is a man of his word. He came back and once again provided courteous professional service. It was a pleasure to talk with him about my lawn.

Chris who did our lawn was excellent very nice, left us with instructions how long it will take to see results take place with our lawn!
We also were impressed that TrueGreen did not charge us for the second application after I had asked them why I had weeds after first spring application!

My technician for the last couple of years has been Michael R. He is absolutely incredible, and I could not ask for a more conscientious and professional technician! Michael is hardworking and customer-focused, and a great ambassador for the TruGreen brand!

I also had occasion to interact with Jerry, one of the assistant managers, while he was at my neighbor's house doing a tree and shrub treatment. He was very knowledgeable and gracious.

Both of these gentlemen have me sold on being a loyal TruGreen customer!

I spoke with the Tech, not knowing how to proceed with my backyard. He listened and made a few suggestions. I didn't speak to him after the application because I didn't think I needed to because we had already spoken. If I have any questions I'll speak with the Tech on his next visit

Great speaking with the provider today. He has very good advice on keeping our lawn in great shape. True Green is great for our lawn.

After year 1, I received no communication during year 2. After requesting to remove my auto renew for year 3, on March 17th Trugreen showed up and applied an application. I was previously on autopay and asked for my services to be cancelled. 6 months later I received a letter about $81 sent to collections. Turns out they cancelled my autopay, not my auto renew... Waste of my time - and weedman has my yard looking 10x better already. Don’t recommend

I have been using TruGreen for 3 years now since I moved up to Ohio from the south and they're right on time I don't have to worry about scheduling and whatever they use in their fertilizer is some good stuff because my yard is growing and green!

It’s the whole package that I received today. Great customer service and care with the technician Dylan that spent time talking to me and walking the yard before putting down the fertilizer. The value from what I receive from Trugreen based on the price beats what I have seen from other lawn service.

I’m very happy with my TruGreen Service. I am a new customer this year and my lawn has been in pretty bad shape for a few years. After the first couple applications I felt an additional weed control application was needed. They were very responsive to my request and were out within a couple days to take care of it. Great service!

Their people keep calling me all the time to go back with them, but all those times they called me, as soon as I start explaining why I can't do it they hang up on me without saying a word and they leave me talking to myself hahaha. Stop calling me! Stupid.

Very bad experience. I got service for my flower beds because they had weeds, they sold me a service for that came and sprayed the flower beds. One week later my weeds are just growing, I called why is that they said we do not spray flower beds because it kills flowers. They also said it will be $36 for the first month and 70 every month after. They charged me $120? I asked why, they said it’s tree and shrub service? I said but I never signed up for that?? I signed up for weeds, I don’t need fertilizer? My landscaper does that alreadyx to say I am upset is an understatement. They asked me to repeat all that Atleast 3 times. In the end I said I just want to cancel my service completely, I was able to do that. In the end she did graciously returned my money they charged for a tree and shrub service that I didn’t want. I am thankful for that so I can ask someone else to take care of the weeds ridiculous.
