Reviews of local pros in Brunswick, Ohio

Excellent service from the entire team. My husband is VERY particular about his yard and he is thrilled with their work. We love to plant shop and they brought the dirt (very thick) and put all our plants in and then mulched. Highly recommend

My wife and I worked with Dave Kern and his phenomenal crew. These men were the hardest working people I have ever met. Dave came out to our home on two separate occasions for work we desperately needed done. We had the back part of our property completely gutted out and all of the overgrown vegetation was replaced by brand new grass back in May. We just recently as of this week had all of our old shrubs and landscaping on 3 sides of our home completely replaced with all new beautiful trees and shrubs. These workers are the best, non stop working other than lunch until they were finished. We cannot be happier. We would highly recommend Unique Landscaping with Dave Kern and his crew to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional work.

Read their core values on their website and you’ll understand the type of work they do. Prompt, responsive, meticulous, professional, above and beyond service is how I would describe this company. We worked with Dave Kern. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality and design of their work. From the sod to the landscape beds (rock, pea gravel, and mulch). Highly recommend.

Dave saved us for making a huge mistake in buying a home! We almost bought a home but had reservations about water issue in the backyard and wondered if it could be fixed. Dave came out and Saved us! It would have been a multi home project. HONEST company. Will definitely reach out when we need landscaping work etc in the future! Thank you again Dave!

We worked with Dave Kern and couldn't be happier with the whole process. Dave was great with communicating designs, materials, costs, timing, and even provided watering guides. His team was courteous, hard-working, and fast! Our project could not have turned out better. We are beyond pleased with this company and their work! Can't wait to find another outdoor project for them to do for us :)

Thanks Dan!

Will not entertain anything under $15k.

Tyler resurfaced my floors and they look great. Thanks

installed custom built in cabinets in our nursery as well as replaced a sliding door.

We had clement construction back to our home for custom built ins. Looks awesome. Cant wait to show it off.

They helped me rebuild my basement after a flood. Not only did Dan have some great suggestions that helped me save money, but his crews were very friendly. I was completely comfortable giving them the code to my garage so that they could do the work while I was out with the kids. It's been two years - and the quality continues to impress. The owner also came back when it was all done to answer any questions and make sure that we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend this team

Clement Construction Inc has done numerous construction projects for not only me but my parents, sister and friends for years without issues. Dan Clement the owner is very courteous, hard working and fair with prices. The work his team does is solid and everyone is very friendly. His office staff is warm and friendly and I never wait on call backs or emails. Pictures to come soon because CCI will be installing new front & back doors for me soon.

We worked with Dan and his team to finish our basement. He did a great taking our vision in the walkthru and talking about where connections/lighting would go and then doing a detailed estimate. The time spent upfront made it very easy to go about the process. We knew when paint selections were needed, light fixtures identified, and carpet/flooring ready. Everything was smooth and 3 months later we have a great space that we use daily. Highly recommend Dan and his foreman Joe as great partners in your construction journey.

We used Clement Construction for a large-scale basement renovation with Joe as our project manager. Our experience was exceptional- the quality, timeliness, and cleanliness of the Clement team and their sub-contractors was superb. We cannot say enough about Joe and how stress-free he made the 3.5-month renovation. Would recommend Clement without hesitation.

We worked with Joe on our basement remodel. He was awesome to work with. The whole experience was fantastic. The payment process was easy to understand. They listened to what we wanted in our remodel and really delivered.

Joe’s the man!

Keep up the great work

Big thank you to Dan, Jason and team. The project faced many challenges including a very difficult to work with kitchen designer but Dan and his team took the time to make everything right and even work with the challenges brought by thedesigner. It’s not the easy jobs that show the worth of a man but the difficult ones. Thank you, Dan. You are inspiring and your work speaks for itself.

Dan and his team pay attention to every detail. From beginning to final product there was thorough communication and they take pride in their work. I highly recommend using Clement Construction for your next project!
