Quick reaponse, knowledgable technician, and affordable!

Lowes uses the service of this company. A guy came out it took nine weeks to get them here. I have a faulty coil in my refrigerator. It has been four weeks… No word from Lowes or Sears. This is disgusting. I have lost an entire refrigerator full of food twice. That's a total of $700 which is nearly the cost of my refrigerator. I would never use this company again.

Timothy was an excellent technician. I wish we could have kept him for our LG fridge warranty work. Administration and customer service was frustrating. Not enough humans to staff the phone lines.

Although we were not able to fix our dryer, the tech was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

I had to show the technician how to use the machine, where the model number was, get him a dolly to move the machine out. He took pictures but didn’t really try to fix anything. He just looked at it and said there was rust and can’t be fixed.

We contacted Sears Appliance Repair because our dishwasher was leaking. The technician came and spent about an hour looking, listening, starting and stopping the dishwasher. The dishwasher did not leak for him so he left. Needless to say , it leaked the next time we ran it. I honestly believe he could not reproduce the leak because he kept interrupting the cycle. He told us that if it broke again within 30 days he would give us a 30% discount. This after paying $130 for nothing! We will not be using them again.

Tech arrived exactly in time, never rushed and made every attempt to solve my issue. Put everything back the way he found it. Very happy with the service and quality of his work.

Tech was very nice and got the work done fast. But came way later than what we were originally told/expecting. It definitely was an inconvenience to us. And the price was ridiculously high if I’m being honest. Go somewhere else if you are able. We won’t use them again.

Frank the repair man was very nice .Unfortunately it’s time for a new dishwasher.

Quickly determined compressor has failed. Unfortunately, no replacement part was in stock so need to wait 2 weeks. When servicing oven tech pulled oven away from wall over thick plastic sheet to prevent scratching wood floor.

Upon return for final repair, work was done in less time than expected. However, old unit/compressor was left behind for me to dispose of.

It’s not the technician that I have issue. It’s accepting appointments online and no one shows up. You can’t get a hold of a human. When you finally do they are at a call center probably out of the country. The time no one showed up I didn’t get a name of a technician and I received no updates. Our customer services doesn’t even rate one star. Again the technicians did a good job when they came.

They came out, ran the washer and did a diagnostic from the sound it was making. Said it was a bearing and needed new tub. Never took anything apart to confirm the problem. Said bearing was available but the tub they no longer make. Wish they would have taken it apart to make a 100% decision. 1200$ samsung washer junk now.. would recommend a service company that actually takes things apart and not listen and bill you and leave..

Both the Sears technician who diagnosed my Maytag washer’s issue/ordered the parts and the Sears technician who installed the parts arrived as promised and completed their work in less than an hour. Both were courteous and professional.
