Came out quickly for a non-emergency situation. Told me when they would be there - then showed up at that time. (Probably should be expected but the first two electricians I called couldn't even deliver on that.) Knowledgeable and friendly service person who fixed what he could. Would use them again.

Dom did a remarkable job changing out our old fuse box with a circuit panel. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and the price was beyond fair. Dom went the extra mile and helped us move back our laundry units. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dave and his crew wired our garage and they did a fantastic job. Everything we asked for and more their attention to detail is the best I've seen in a long time. The conduit is perfectly bent, no imperfections, used a laser to keep everything perfectly aligned. Exceptional work ethics. You guys should be very proud of this job. Unreal service.. Their crew was super professional. Everything was done absolutely flawless. I had a huge job at my house and everything was done with perfection. every room got new fans, light switches, dimmers you name it they did it and not one bit of a mess was left behind. I would highly recommend them for all your electrical needs.

Went over and beyond. We had 1st appt service call and replaced disposal on spot. Disposal didnt work properly that they brought so someone had to drive 45 min to drop new one off. They could have just rescheduled appt and came back later but they didnt.

Timely manner. Called before they got here. Cleaned up after themselves or protective shoes. Did a great job very friendly and thorough.

Needed new well pump pressure tank and piping replaced. Haven came out Tuesday morning and had all work completed by the afternoon.

The 4 stars is for the “company”; all the workers I interacted with were wonderful and get 5 stars.

This was the first time I worked with Haven. I previously worked with Heart of Ohio, and it was from them that I received the estimate at the end of 2024 for a new furnace and air conditioner for my house. By the time I decided a couple months later to move forward with the project, Heart of Ohio was already Haven. The suddenness was a little weird to me, but the people were the same, so I decided to go forward.

The installers, Mike and Kurt, were great. They were extremely professional and courteous and answered all my questions. I am the kind of person who has to see what’s going on and asks questions about the process. They were patient throughout. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after they were done.

I have to mention, also, Jim Damm who gave me the original estimate. He talked with me several times to answer a variety of questions I had. Even if he was tired of my calls, he was wonderfully patient, a true professional!

When I first got the estimate, i learned that they had two types of 2-speed furnaces: regular and variable, and that the variable kind was better at adjusting to the environmental demands instead of being full speed on then fully off.

I decided to get the variable speed one, even though it was more expensive, because it keeps the heat more consistent. Well, the wrong one was sent to the job. The day of the installation I was looking at the box in the driveway and it didn’t say variable. Mike looked and confirmed that the code on the box said it was the regular 2-speed furnace. There was no push back from Mike, like “I am sure this is correct.” He got on the phone immediately to verify the code on the box and I could hear the dispatcher say that it was indeed the wrong order. Mike arranged to have the correct furnace delivered, which it was, so they finished the job as scheduled.

The mixup was handled without problems, but if I hadn’t looked and asked, I would have received the wrong furnace and paid more for it! Besides, how many people actually think of going out and checking? Not many, I imagine. You just assume you are getting the correct thing. Clearly, it was some glitch in the system, and it behold the company to set up checks and balances to make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers.

Way over priced for small end job only use if you need extensive work. We needed a sprayer changed in our bathroom that was stuck and a shower assembly done and it was quoted at $4300 lost $99. I thought car dealer pricing was bad this is just ridiculous I can get an engine or transmission for that

I needed electrical work done outside for my spa. Tom, my service tech, was extremely friendly, personable and efficient. I would gladly have him back for any future work.

Tyler and Kyle were great. Came out quickly on a Sunday and resolved our issue. Reasonably priced. Best experience with a plumbing company yet.

Have always had prompt friendly service. Easy to get an appointment. Arrives during designated time. Calls ahead.

I called Haven at 8 AM to see if they could fix my sump pump and they arrived at about noon the same day as promised. Johnny Noonan and his partner were professional and courteous and diagnosed the problem immediately. They had all the supplies they needed and replaced my sump pump motor and valve within an hour at a fair price. No cleanup mess left behind.

I highly recommend Haven Cleveland Heating and Cooling, and I have several odd jobs I'll be calling them for.
