Got to us the same day during a storm that had our basement drain backing up. Excellent communication from all members of the team and had us fixed up quickly on a day when lots of people were experiencing plumbing emergencies.

I had to have a hot water tank replaced. The plumbers who came out to do the job were fantastic and very knowledgeable. I didn't realize how expensive it would be, but such is the time we're living in. Maciej and Jacob were very professional. I would definitely recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

Have a tankless hot water heater that errored out (Venturi blockage) and I couldn’t reset using the manufacturer’s guide. The technician, Johnny, was there in under an hour (on a Sunday), performed manual reset and set me up to have the unit flushed and cleaned the following morning. Works great now!

The technician was kind and professional. He problem solved and was able to fix it. The only issue I had was the price...but the technician was really good.

We have used The Plumbing Source, now called Haven Cleveland Heating, Cooling...., four times over the past few years for various plumbing jobs. Every time the technician is great, providing good advice and completing the task quickly and thoroughly. They are always my plumber of choice.

Dave did a fine job.
However he surprised me with how much you increased your costs. I’ve always been on your spring and fall program. That went up $100. That seems excessive given I did not sense anything was done different than in previous years. I should have been informed of this increase when my appointment was scheduled. I opted not to enroll in the program and paid $175, which also seems excessive. $75 more than previous years?
Given I’m on a fixed income I’ll need to consider other providers and compare their service and cost.

Frank was very helpful, he explained all the work that he was taking care of. I enjoyed him explaining everything that he was maintaining.

I had yearly maintenance on my air conditioner. The technicians were very thorough and pleasant. They explained the issues with my AC unit and explained the options and pricing for fixing it. It's always nice to see all the options.

Dave Bendishaw is AMAZING! He walked my husband through so much and was SO informative! Made sure our system was well taken care of and up to date on everything. Installed purchase of new air handler for condominium. Crew of three was efficient, courteous and hard working. Haven will be my new HVAC servicer for this condo.

Had a slow leak in shop room pipe and outdoor spigot. Tyler ran into an unexpected issue with the outdoor spigot requiring replacing pipes and drywall. Highly satisfied with end results and price. Would use Tyler again.
