Wally is THE BEST! Even though he couldn't help me with my particular issue, he was more than helpful in giving me sound advice. He put my needs ahead of his own in an effort to make a buck at all costs. In a world where there are so many unscrupulous contractors, Wally stands head and shoulders above the rest and shows how customers should be treated. If I ever have another HVAC issue in the future, I'll be calling him first.

As a homeowner, the downside is that things break at the absolute worst times. Our furnace stopped working yesterday (right between Christmas and New Years) and I called Tip Topp based on the reviews. I was not disappointed, as Wally and his Wife went above and beyond to help. He was at my house within 30 minutes and thoroughly checked over everything to see if he could do anything to get it running. Unfortunately the furnace was no longer safe and was leaking CO2 which could have been life threatening. They were able to come back today and installed a whole new system for us. (Where else are you going to get service in less than 24hours?) They are both so knowledgeable and they make sure you understand what they are doing and why. The prices are very reasonable, and you never feel pressured to do anything. They are just great people and it only strengthens my love for Family Owned businesses!! We will be using Tip Topp for all of our future HVAC needs!! Call them, you won't regret it.

Best in the business. Great guy, great service. I had water leaking from a clog in my system. Wally came out at 10pm on a Sunday night and fixed it. Nobody else would do that. If you want the best - Tip Topp heating and cooling is your company. Thank you!!

I’ve had problems with my A/C and numerous people in to try and fix it, to no avail. Wally gave me the tough news that it needed to be replaced and then walked me through my options. He was professional and patient with my questions, and told me a few good ways to help the new system run better in the future. They were quick, clean, and overall excellent. I’m definitely going to continue using Tip Topp any time I need HVAC service.

I have used Tip Topp multiple times and have been very happy with the services. Wally is very professional and knowledgeable and lets you know what he’s seeing and what is needed to fix things. Wally came out for our annual AC clean and check this morning and did a great job! We've been using Tip Topp Heating and Cooling for several years now and we'll continue using them going forward for all of our heating and cooling needs, including preventative maintenance. Wally and his team were outstanding. Worked from an initial service call on an existing unit which was 32 years old. He serviced it and kept it running another stretch. He actually showed up early for the initial call. The unit was starting to fail and he came out again at no charge and got it going again. After 32 years we decided not to press our good luck anymore. The decision to have Wally and Tip Topp replace both the AC and furnance was a no brainer. Installation day was terrific! They arrived on time and completed the job as expected. Easily one of the most excellent service experiences I can remember. I highly recommend Wally and Tip Topp. Great job Tip Topp team!

Tip Tipp replaced my air conditioner. Excellent service and product (Trane). They were very thorough in connect it to my furnace. Wally and his team were also very professional and kind. I highly recommend them!
