Reviews of local pros in Brunswick, Ohio

Plumbing 911 always comes through in a crunch. They are responsive, fast, and their work is terrific. They always explain to me what they are doing and why so I'm not in the dark. Their representatives are always professional and friendly and make the service go as smoothly as they can. I highly recommend Plumbing 911. They never disappoint.

Rob did a great job snaking out our sewer line. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was done with the job very quickly. Rob also gave me some advice on things to do to help prevent issues with the sewer line in the future. He was extremely professional and I would recommend him and Plumbing 911.

I called in my time of separation from a major back-up in drain system. This is the 2nd time 911 Plumbing has been to the rescue! , Today, John was able to help me out. I called, and was given a time frame and they showed up an hour early!!!! Thank you so much! All my plumbing needs and issues will be delt with, by this company! Thank you so much for saving my home!

Professional, prompt, and high-quality work! Shane and assistant addressed two tough Jobs in my kitchen and bathroom plumbings. Shane demonstrated a high level of proficiency in both diagnostics and repairs, consistently delivering durable, high-quality work.
They both were prompt. They were knowledgeable, transparent about the pricing, and very pleasant to work with. left the area spotles. highly recommend 911 plumbing and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Connor did a great job! He found the leak in the tank of my toilet, replaced the toilet, and set up all the plumbing for our double sink/vanity all within an hour/ hour and half. The pricing was much better than the other companies that have gave me quotes and he fixed it all immediately when he did the inspection. Truly he did a great job!

Arya was great! On time, friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He worked hard, in the cold and wind to solve our issue. Our drain was cleaned and then the city came out to jet the main line and we were back up and running.
Id recommend Plumbing 9 1 1 to anyone!

Shane was very quick, super knowledgeable. Very honest extremely happy with all the work. I will be calling them again to help with other projects. They are respectful of their surroundings and give multiple quotes to fit your budget.

Plumbing 911 excellent company at response and timely work done. Called on a Tuesday. Got an estimate on the same day. Got my estimate and showed up Wednesday morning. Job completed the same day. Brandon and Andrew are extremely professional and good guys. Work was excellent. Think it was slightly over priced though. All in all glad the job is done. Thank you, Brandon.

I had partially restored flow in my main sewer line, but it was still too slow to function properly. Arya came through. Strong work ethic, steady hands, and clearly very experienced with deep lines.

Left everything clean, fully functional, and flowing better than ever. Would absolutely trust him with my pipes again.

Josh was awesome very informative kept me in the loop about what steps he was taking although I was not at the property. He explained everything so I could understand. I would highly recommend Rescue 911 for any plumbing issues you might be having. If Josh’s boss read this review give that man a raise. Also the pricing is as great as the service, this is the only company I will use for any issues revolving plumbing and would highly recommend to anybody.

It was easy to get an appointment scheduled. The plumber communicated with me well and made sure he understood my situation and needs. Then he made sure I understood what he was going to do and what would be the final cost so I could approve it. The work was done well and in good time. The cost was reasonable. We have used Plumbing 911 several times and have always been happy with the results.

Tim Kowalski was extremely professional and knowledgeable, I've tried many plumber companies who always seemed to try to get a extra buck out of me but this place was different, he told me the price before any work was done and got it done in a professional, quick and cheap manner , I will be going to plumbing 911 for any issues i have in the future !

Have some partially frozen PEX pipe and gave plumbing 911 a call, they sent rob out. As he was nice and respectful. I was charged 326 for pipe thawing service and all I received was tiny holes in my dry wall and an explanation of a space heater by the pipe facing the wall. No machine was used to thaw my pipes nor did he attempt to even try to thaw them unless it was with my own space heater. He stated “ he hates the leave defeated”. As a plumber you would think you’d try everything especially when the customer tells you to do what you need to do to get the pipe thawed. When making the appointment they sured me that it’ll be resolved and was not.

Arya was amazing! He explained every step of replacing the wax ring my toilet needed. Extremely friendly. Actually the friendliest repair man I’ve ever encountered. I’d give him a 10 ⭐️ review if I had that option. My toilet is like new! He cleaned up everything with each step of the repair. I will definitely be calling and requesting his assistance again.
Your receptionist was the best! She helped in every way getting me scheduled and even when I needed to reschedule. You have a great team! Thank you for providing me with optimal level service.
Jan~

We were having problems with our main water line and shutoff valve so we needed a plumber. We saw some magnets attached to the new phone book they delivered that had Plumbing 911 on it so we checked it out and liked what we read so we gave them a try. Setup an appointment. Employee came out and let us know the problems, options and prices. I forget the name of the first guy to come out and give us an estimate. He was very nice and friendly. So we went with Plumbing 911 to do the job. The Plumber, Arya Manouchehri, showed up on the time we setup. He was very professional and friendly. He did the job we needed with out any problems. We were more than satisfied with the job he did. If all the employees from Plumbing 911 are like Arya we will be repeat customers. Thanks again Plumbing 911.
