I appreciate that Rob took the time to properly diagnose the issue. As a result, I didn’t feel as bad for trying to do it myself. It was a tiny gasket that I didn’t instal and he found it looking through the bag of extra packaging.

I called 911 Plumbing because I had a leaky faucet. Brandon went above and beyond trying to fix it. When that became impossible, he personally helped me find replacement faucets. Who does that in this day and age? He is kind, polite, dependable, and personable. I highly recommend him!

If I could give them 10 Stars I would. We had a pipe burst in the garage on a Saturday afternoon. I frantically Googled emergency plumber in Cleveland and they were the first result. I called and they answered the phone almost immediately and had someone at my house within a few hours. Their plumber Josh who did our repair was incredibly kind, professional, I'll just understand our options and how he was going to approach the repair very clearly. He worked diligently and quickly while always maintaining good spirits in a freezing garage with water pouring on him the entire time. We could not have asked for a more miraculous and helpful experience all around.

Shane Duncan is an absolute professional. He was positive, persistent and patient with the tool he used to unclog my basement. Great attitude and encouraging advice.

911 Plumbers had really friendly staff and was able to fit me in last minute. When my shower drain couldn’t be cleared out, Tim had it removed and replaced in a few hours. Very happy with my service.

Brandon Becker and his 2 co-workers did a very fine job of cutting through some of the many roots that had gotten into my water line which led to some backup in my basement. They showed me the work they were doing by allowing me to see what the camera inside the pipe was showing. He explained things clearly and when they left they did a nice job of the cleaning the area they were working in.

We needed a new water heater installed quickly. Called plumbing 911 and they responded as soon as possible. Aria did a great job installing the new water heater and our tenants are extremely happy to have hot water again!

Shane completed our project in less than 3 hours- there was 2 separate locations wall and ceiling.
The minute Shane and his assistant started, my blood pressure went down. This isn't the first time he's worked on my house, I knew it would end well.

Top notch service by Connor and the entire company! Our kitchen sink started backing up on a Friday at 2pm and they made arrangements to get someone out by 4pm since we were having a large family gathering the next day. Connor was able to break the leak free quickly and made reasonable recommendations and options and didn’t high pressure sell me anything. I would give the experience more than 5 stars if I could!

Plumbing 911 is awesome. Connor Rowe is Awesome. Plumbing 911 has come to the rescue on more than one occasion and typically on my worst days. Everyone there is always kind and courteous. Connor was very knowledgeable and fast. He had my valve replaced in no time.

Rob replaced our 19 year old hot water tank before we had an issue. He was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He kept us posted throughout and cleaned up beautifully when he was done. Highly recommend Plumbing 911 and Rob!

Arya quickly diagnosed the issue with our hot water tank and fixed the issue with the pilot not lighting. He was very polite and respectful and showed up right on time. I wouldn’t hesitate having him do more work for us.

Jeff came to our house to diagnose a drain problem. He followed up the next day and completed a huge job of pile driving our floor and replacing our water heater. He did a fantastic job and quoted us at a fair price. Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs, thank you!
