Tyler was amazing!!! We had our sewage line back up into our basement. He was professional and caring and was a true pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Roto-Rooter Medina has helped us out numerous times. Our house is full of “Easter eggs” that keep appearing. We just had a leaky upstairs tub that was recently remodeled. The plumber today was able to go in from the downstairs bathroom to prevent any damage to the new remodel. He was here for close to 4 hours and made sure it was done right. This was just the latest positive experience we have had with them. Highly recommend them!

James was really knowledgeable and great. He listened to all of my issues, found out the source of the problem really quick and saved me a bit of money on a referral/returning friend's and family discount. My service was stellar! Not only did the technician offer to come early, he was extremely professional, accommodating and offered options for the best solution for our plumbing needs. He worked endlessly to complete the job late Saturday night leaving our water system in excellent working condition. Not only did he complete the work same day, he kept his employer in mind to offer up a chance to win if he were able to post a sign at the street. Tech arrived a little early which was great!! Joe was extremely thorough in review of the project. He explained our options and warranties very well. Joe performed the procedures and allowed us to test all the sinks and toilets to confirm there was no back-up prior to leaving. He communicated well, was friendly and kind. We still have more investigating to do to determine the scope of our piping issues and I feel very confident moving forward with this company.

Added: waited weeks for a field service mgr to get back with us. It’s now been over a month - altho I’ve called them - and received no response. Changed from 5 stars to 3.

was told someone would be here between 4–6. I called at 6:10 only to be told he was still finishing another job. I completely understand that things happen and delays can come up, but a simple courtesy call saying, “I’m running behind,” would have made all the difference. Instead, I was left waiting past the scheduled time with no update, only to be told they’d let me know when he was on the way. That’s not how business should be done. Communication goes a long way, and had I been notified, I would have had no issue.

I updated to a 3 star because I don't feel the whole company should be pushed due to a few people that made a mistake

Fast, courteous and prompt!. It was a pleasure to meet Connor and to welcome him into our home. We had a plastic piece that got flushed accidentally and stuck down in the drain causing the toilet to be stopped up. In a matter of minutes Connor retrieved that piece of plastic. We are very grateful for Plumbing 911.
