We had a tree fall on our house from a windstorm I contacted Cutshall's Tree Service and they were here the same night to inspect and quote the job they were also here the very next morning to completely remove the tree off of our house and all the debris this company is the real deal they have Superior customer service and exceeded our expectations this company is hands down the best in Stark County would highly recommend them for any Tree Service tree job, very glad we found them would definitely use their service again.

I got up this morning and noticed they were doing my neighbors trees, I asked if they could trim my maple while they were here so the owner Robert came over and gave me an estimate which I was really happy with, so I told him to go ahead and trim the tree, it was the last day of mine and my wife's vacation so we left to go on a motorcycle ride and when we came home we were blown away with how much they trimmed in our tree and our neighbors trees, we will definitely recommend them, and thank you Robert and your crew for doing such a great job and our yard was cleaned up spotless too.

After the recent storm they came and cleared up the downed tree and branches. Very fast service, great guys

Very responsive. They did a very nice job. They cut down a large white pine and cleaned up all the little branches. Hard working team. I have already recommended them to someone.

I had an estimate done in April, and every appointment set was a no- call, no- show. Bob is very rude when he answers the phone. The woman in the office never answers. They charged me$200 to cut two branches. I only stuck it out dealing with them, because I had a friend who used to work for them. Never again with this unprofessional company.

Robert was an excellent contact, came out the same day and offered an very fair price. Cut the tree down the next day, cleaned everything up, and will be using them in the future. Highly recommend.

I called Cutshall on Tuesday to set up appointment. By Tuesday afternoon the owner was at our house with an estimate. It was a great price. The next day they were here, and the trees are done. They do great, quality work, clean up perfectly, and are pleasant to deal with. Anyone asks me if i know a good tree trimming company...I will surely tell them Cutshall tree service in Canton.

They were very professional! Their prices were the best I found anywhere with multiple quotes! They actually left my yard cleaner then it was when they got here you couldn't ask for a better tree service friendly Fair and there saying is true they trim trees not customers!

I used the website to request quote. They followed up the very next day. Good price and quality work. I used them for tree trimming and tree & stump removal. They did a fine job. Will use them again if I need tree work. I would recommend them to a friend

These guys and gals are fast and friendly. I had a rather large maple in my back yard. They had it gone and cleaned up quicker then I thought. The price is very competitive and the quality was supurb. I recommend them to everyone.

I am posting this review as a last resort. 2 months ago I paid Cutshall to cut down 2 trees, trim my front tree, and remove the leftover wood from a tree removal last year.

They did a great job cutting down the trees. They were friendly, fast, and neat. They asked for payment before the lumber was removed and I gladly did so, assuming the job would be completed in a timely manner.

For 2 months I have called the office, left messages on Bob’s cell phone (now doesn’t seem to be in service) and been in contact with the kind man who removes the hardwood for free because he sells it as firewood. The problem seems to be that they rely on free labor for the lumber removal. I have no issue with that, but I have paid in advance for a service that has never been completed. PLEASE finish the job you agreed to perform.

Update* The matter has been resolved.

They were a pleasure to work with! We had a large maple tree removed. The pricing by far was the fairest we could find. Not only a fair price but quality work. The wood from the tree was cut in a manner to make it much easier for us to split and stack. Highly recommend them and I will be referring anyone who needs a tree service. Thanks again!

Always friendly staff. Always great cleanup after job. Always willing to discuss, if you have questions about service provided during, before, and/or after. Very reasonable pricing when doing your comparison shopping.
This will be 3rd time they're trimming trees for us. Seems like the quoted price has risen a bit & honestly was more than I expected, but I assume that is a result of the times. And if theirs is higher, so is everyone else's

I had storm damage to a large tree, and decide to remove the whole thing. Not only did I speak to someone the first time I called, which trust me, is rare, The owner arrived the same night for my estimate. His quote came in hundreds of dollars below his competitors. However, I must say the icing on the cake with this company is the service while completing the job. Not only was their work incredible, they clean up so well, if it wasn't for the fact the tree was gone you would have never known they were here. I also had spoke to almost everyone on the crew at one point or another, and I must say, they were all so friendly, so professional, really just a great group of people. I will never use or recommend anyone else!

I needed 2 large trees trimmed as well as 1 very tall tree taken down. In turn, I got several quotes even using Home Advisor to contact services. Cutshall was recommended to me by a coworker. So, they were one of the companies I contacted. To my surprise, their price was the best. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. They cleaned up as they worked so there wasn’t anything missed. Totally impressed that all the work was done in about 7 hours. I’ve already recommended them to several coworkers. Moving forward Cutshall Tree Service is going to be my only call for this sort of work. I would highly recommend them!

This is the best company ever to have your trees trimmed and removed. They came out quicker than any other company we got a quote from could come out. They also were very affordable and did an amazing job. They smiled at my daughter.. they were all so very friendly. The owner actually gave us great insight on our other trees. I guess the previous owner had a company who basically sucked at trimming trees and now our other trees are basically dead, but that's okay! They are so knowledgeable and I am so pleased with their promptness and clean up!
