Excellent! Got 1100 square feet cleaned for less than $600, they were very efficient, carpet looks brand new, and they even gave us a bottle of their carpet cleaner which you get free refills of if you keep the bottle. Highly recommend.

Ace Carpet Cleaning has cleaned my carpets for a couple of years now. They are extremely friendly and professional, and they don't stop until you are satisfied! I appreciate that the owner follows up to make sure everything turned out okay.

What was once nice new carpet a few years ago, succumbed to the abuse of 3 young children and an old weiner dog. By the time ACE was done with our carpet you would never know that 5 years worth of spilled milk and smashed oreos once called our carpets home. I cannot recommend ACE Carpet Cleaning engough.

Great experience! I called on a Thursday to see if they had time next day for small job at my parents' home. Luckily, they could accommodate the exact time-frame I needed. Scheduling was easy. The person I spoke with was refreshingly professional, friendly, understanding (and just plain normal). Cleaning team arrived on time (actually a few min early - even better for my situation), completed job efficiently and worked with me to clean a few small extra areas since I was under the minimum. Both workers were friendly, polite and courteous with my elderly parents. Will definitely call next time I need carpet cleaning. Highly recommend based on my experience. Price was great, too. ($80 + tax for min area).

This was by far the best carpet cleaning company I've used in the past 20 yrs. On time, very professional and courteous. The job they did was very thorough and completed in a timely manner, but didn't rush through it. They addressed each issue I asked them to focus on, and offered suggestions on ways to treat stains. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company and without a doubt will use them again. I highly recommend.

Legitimately the best customer I've experienced in quite some time. The man and woman from ACE were on time at my house, and were very non-disruptive with their work. They got pet stains out of my carpet that were left by the owners before me years ago that I never thought could be removed. They were very fast but very thorough They also moved my furniture free of charge, and were careful with it. After they finished, the lady gave me some good info for cleaning up pet stains in the future, I also got a call a few days later to make sure everything was good. Overall I can't say enough good things. it's not often that you're truly shocked by excellent customer service, but I definitely was. This is a small business that clearly takes great pride in and is passionate about carpet. Highly recommend you give them a call.

How many service companies call you the next day to ask if you are satisfied with their work??Well, ACE Carpet Cleaner did! Sharon ( owner) was not only professional but so personable. She and her staff did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. The carpets went from “near death” to having color, softness and smelling fresh. Our white socks still are white after walking on the carpet. We have had the carpets cleaned every couple of years, but never have they looked this great. We will never use any other carpet cleaning company again. Thank you ACE for a superb job!

Sharon is no longer running this business. Sadly it is not the same. We had them take 3 area rugs valued at $4,500. We went to pick them up. There was still white dog hair on them (we have a short haired white dog), and the garage facility smelled awful. I asked if the rugs had been vacuumed first. She said yes (and I’m thinking you put them on this filthy floor?). Definitely musty and cat urine. I mentioned this to the new office manager, and she said she can’t smell well and laughed it off. We had the rugs in our SUV and ran other errands. The smell in the car from the rugs was awful. We had to roll our windows down in order to get home. We could not bring them into the house. We let her know this. Her response was did you ask to have them deodorized? Well no. I expect them to smell clean. When I wash clothing, it smells clean, I don’t need to spray a deodorizer on them. They are now being recleaned at another business. Please visit their garage where they clean rugs before letting them pick up your rugs. The smell is obvious. Ask your self do I want my rugs cleaned on those floors 😳 I think your answer will be no.

Sharon and her two assistants cleaned five rooms and a hallway for us. Last year we had her stretch and clean two carpeted rooms and were very happy, so we had her clean the rest of the house this time around! I meant to have most of my carpets replaced by now, but with one thing and another, that did not happen. She made it possible for us to get at least one or two more years out of these carpets by making them look brand new. She and her crew are very professional and pleasant. And quick. And thorough. And you get quality service for what I think is a very reasonable price.
